Not happy with services provided. Had to send one picture back AT MY EXPENSE even though it wasnt my fault. Not sure why they ask for a phone number if they arent going to use it. Got another picture and was damaged when i took the photo out but when I called they made it seem like I did damage to my own picture. Not happy at all. I paid for multiple pictures with parsons and only this one came damaged so was I not supposed to say something?

Critical: Professionalism
Ordered pictures , have not recived them. They took the money out though. Sounds like shady business practice. Will take our business elsewhere.
Contacted business but keep getting run around. Next up I will contact the BBB and or court.

Very good photos they took of my kid his school photos but because of COVID-19 I was scared because they asked him to take his ask off and he was scared so he heals his breath

The skin tone is not right, made my child look as orange as trump. Never ever again!

The pictures we got are horrible. Every year the pictures just get worse. No thank you, you took our money for the very last time. We will be filing a formal complaint as well.

Poor customer service. Had to call several times to inquire about my photo package. Shipping was messed up and I'm still waiting on my pictures 5 weeks later....they didn't even offer to credit the shipping fee for their poor service.

If I could give no stars I would. Never received my child's photos or the code they keep talking about. Took my money and that was that. Had no choice since the dance studio hires them. Absolute waste of money. Hot garbage.

I believe this will be the last time that we do school pictures through Parsons. My high schooler came home with a horrible picture this year. She said they snapped one picture and she was blinking and immediantly snapped another and called it good. She looks as if she is in a scowl. But retakes require a cost of half the price! No way am I paying AGAIN for Parson's unprofessional job!
