Mr. Gonzalez-Rua represents individuals in all immigration-related matters including deportation defense before the Immigration Courts both in detained and non-detained cases, applicants for Citizenship, Adjustment of Status, and in acquiring nonimmigrant Visas before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Mr. Taveras began his legal practice as a Staff Attorney for Catholic Legal Services ("CLS"), a non-profit organization providing legal services to the immigrant community in both Broward and Northern Miami-Dade County. In his time with CLS, Mr. Taveras represented persons in deportation proceedings before the Miami Immigration Court, as well as persons with Visa Petitions with the South Florida USCIS Offices.

Our team is comprised of legal professionals who draw on unique backgrounds - including former experience as an immigration prosecutor, immigration judge, and Managing Attorney of the CLS. Eunice has over 20 years of professional work experience. After working for several years as an Assistant Analyst, Eunice left the corporate world and found her calling in immigration law. For more than 15 years, Eunice has helped businesses to succeed and immigrants to achieve the American dream. She has done the full immigration trifecta: business immigration, family immigration, and removal/deportation.

For over a year Callan Garcia was my attorney. The staff over all was helpful. Patiently answer my questions and we’re quick to follow up with me when new information was received from USCIS. They called to make sure I was aware of the letters and if any actions needed to be taken. Every documents was submitted prior to the due date. Over all I had a nice experience. The only minor issue, sometimes they would not return calls when they said they would call back. Thank you for everything
