This is the worst Veterinarian I’ve ever experienced the first thing she did was throw all kinds Of different charges when I was only there for my cats ear ache She gave her a temporary steroid injection and the pain and irritation was right back in two days She insist on giving my cat an ear mite test when I specifically told her my cat did not have ear mites My pet is an indoor cat and does not go outside and her bedding is washed weekly ,she would not Treat my cat unless I Let her Take the Ear mite test which came back negative don’t waste your money with this Veterinarian she Does Not care

They were rude hanging up on my husband and i believe they killed my dog. It was a good thing my daughter picked up my dogs body before my husband got there because they weren't planning on giving her back to us. However when i saw my poor dogs body, i saw the purple bandage tape around her neck. They said they couldn't find a vein. Well maybe they should hire people who actually paid attention in class.

I took my dog Oreo in with a laceration on her ear. She was itching nonstop uncontrollably. The Vet diagnosed her quickly with allergies. Explained what he can do to fix her laceration. He would provide me with options to resolve her allergies. After her surgery and a few weeks. Itching was still going on even with the pills they gave. They offered me a shot for her allergies plus apoquel. This did the trick. My dog is happy and healthy again. I would recommend this place to anyone! They are caring and very professional!

Fantastic and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing pet services. I would say even some medical doctor's offices aren't as well kept as this one. The doctor is very informative and friendly. Service was fast and extremely affordable even when compared to all other veterinary facilities in the area. I wish I could give them six stars

This place is horrible! Made an appointment for 9am and over an hour later we are being told to wait another 15-20 mins! What is the point of making an appointment if they don't stick to it!? Customer service is horrible no one greeted us to tell us they would be with us momentarily I had to continually call the number to ask what is going on. I am extremely disappointed and suggest never using this place! I'd rather pay more for better service than deal with this crap!

Thanks so much Dr. Gill and staff for always working hard for our animals. They continue to show compassion and have always handled us with care. We brought our first kitty here today after taking our 3 dogs here and it was a great experience as always. Great advice, attention to our animals, and very affordable services. Lifetime customer here.

I had a lovely first time visit experience weekend with valley vet! They work on a first come first serve basis And are open on Saturday's which was very convenient for my busy schedule. The staff was super friendly, super helpful and really good customer service. Phone etiquete was great, they practice social distancing and up to par with covid guidelines. The vet was also really nice and was happy to go over my pet's reason for the visit in depth! I defiantly recommend Valley vet!

My cat died today.
To no one's surprise... I'm giving one star to the imbeciles at Valley Vet. Being rude isn't very inviting especially in a Health field, but that's the tip of the iceberg. The place doesn't do appointments cause they couldn't handle it, they leave you waiting in the damn parking lot. @Gill Gunam or whatever, was nice enough...but offered zero helpful suggestions or ideas to what my cat was going through YESTERDAY. Less than 24 hours later he is gone. Glad I didn't pay for y'all's stupid X-ray suggestion... I did however feed him baby

Sir, I appreciate you finally getting back. However, you have not received correct information from your staff. I did NOT come back months later. I came back to have stitches removed as instructed a few weeks after surgery. At that time I was told everything was fine and that she was having a reaction to the stitches and would go away! I noticed it was not going away but to the contrary getting bigger. I called immediately. They said to bring her back. I did not demand to have it removed, however, I did request that Dr. Wallace see her without charge to explain why it wasn't going away

Our dog Roxanne has been coming to doctor Gill Since she was a small puppy. Now that she's a year old it was time to get her spayed.
We were nervous of course, but doctor Gill had fixed many cats for us bus so we weren't really that worried. Drop off was at 9:00 in the morning, the vet Tech had to carry her in because she doesn't know how to walk on a leash lol sorry about that.
They called me a little bit after lunch to let me know her procedure was done and she was recovering and I could pick her up at 3:30. They walked around to the car, and are our total bill was about

I went to Valley Vet for vaccine clinic. It is walk in only. You will have to call once you get there to let them know what you need for your pet. Then they will call you back while you wait outside or in your car. It was about an hour wait for my two kittens to get their shots. Great price $27 each. The person I was talking to was very nice and helpful. Overall good place, just had to wait a bit since it was vaccine clinic. I will be coming back to them for my kittens to get spayed later on.

Took my puppy for cherry eye surgery and the receptionist started pushing for spay. We declined and signed paperwork approving only cherry eye surgery. AFTER they put my puppy under anesthesia for the surgery, the doctor Catherine A Wallace called me on the phone yelling at me that she refused to do the cherry eye surgery without the spay because it was unethical for me to breed. After I informed her I plan to show my dog, I am not a breeder, she yelled at me some more. Then when I said I would be right in to pick up my puppy I was informed she had to wake up from anesthesia first. So no surgery

Been going here for years, used to always get good care. Took my sick dog in on Wednesday, they did blood work. Three days later I am still waiting for results. I know the office is busy, but a 2 minute phone call could have been made. We have found a new vet and will not be going there again. Office staff is friendly but Veterinarians are uncaring and unprofessional.

The biggest rip off! They stitched my dog up and saw him two days ago to take out a drain. They said everything looks good. On the one side of the staples the skin started to separate. Took the dog back to have him stitch him back. I paid a thousand the first time and now they want me to pay another thousand again, They should of covered it because it was their work and that they should stand behind their work. The job of putting in the staples was mot even. Most of the staples was on one side and the other side is where the staples was barely in and the skin pulled apart about 2 inches

$600.00 plus later for tests, they gave our dog a vitamin shot and said come back in a couple of weeks. She is now, a couple of weeks later, dead.
Our other dog is still nursing his paw, after x-rays they said it's not broken, gave antibiotic and said come back in a couple of weeks. In order to help this dog we have found another vet. This is a place to get vaccinations only.
Do NOT entrust any pet you care about with any other service here.

My dog was examined for stomach problems. The veterinarian recommended a sonogram, at a vet in Sacramento. I called the vet in Sacramento and they wanted to know why I needed a sonogram of my pet stomach. I told them I didn't know exactly. They asked for a diagnosis of the ailment. When I called valley veterinarian they said, "they've never asked for a diagnosis before". That is a moot point, because I asked for a diagnosis. Since she said that was a problem, I asked for a diagnosis for myself, my records. She said she would ask the veterinarian if he could give me the diagnosis

Sorry to see all the negative reviews. I personally have had good experiences so far. I've had a few animals cared for here. Now it's not the most beautiful office by any means. But at $29.00 a doctors visit it's one of the cheapest in town. From my experience all Vets try and "up sale" procedures/shots/blood work etc.. If possible stick to the bare minimum and if that doesn't work or you're animals in obvious pain then by all means go back & pay for the extra's they want.

I have taken 2 female cats here for a spay and 1 male who was my mother's cat. I have also had both my moms female dogs spayed here with no issues. I asked for same day pick up and just made sure to let them know I would go elsewhere if that was not an option and they have always let me pick up the same day.
I would say this practice is fine for non serious issues like runny eyes or antibiotics or shots. Other than that I would look elsewhere.
I had my 2.5 year old beautiful previously healthy american bulldog Great Dane tested here when he started drinking excessively and he had hypercalcemia
