When you come for your visit, please be prepared to answer questions about your pet's behavior and habits so that we can best assess their general condition. This allows us to get a full picture of the health of your pet.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. CareCredit - It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.
This place is AH-MAZE-ING. Not only did they squeeze me in last minute (my appointment was the following day) but they knew my budget and totally worked with me. Basically saving my dog. I can't say enough good things about this business. I highly recommend this vet hospital. HIGHLY. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

I called @ 5:20 p.m tonight my d.o.g seem's to be lathargic inactive red eyes she has not eating in 2 1/2 days ,The employee said that the vet had gone home I asked if anyone their can just check to make sure she is stable .. she said nobody their nearest vet is in Turlock … SO WHY R U OPEN UNTILL 7 P.M

Took my injured dog here, I was so blessed my great experience started on the phone. Another vet clinic I have took all my pets to rite away gave me bad experience on the phone and it really rubbed me wrong so I called around and the girls where really nice and got me in really fast!

They have next day appointments. They offer many services. However its not very professional or informative. They took my pet in back and I dint see anything they did. They brought her out so fast and said done. Her first shots are important and I have a feeling they dint even give them to her. They charged me $99. I dont mind but as long as she did get them. They weren't even going to give me a detailed receipt. until I asked for it. Im going somewhere else for her second set of shots.

Everyone is super friendly and informative! However, theres this one time when I came in and missed to tell them regarding my pitbulls skin issue before administering her shots so while I was settling the bill and mentioned about it, the lady on the front desk said because of the pattern of the spots they are flea bites and gave me this pill in the box to give my dog. A couple days after, skin was not improving so I decided to get a second opinion and they were very good with handling it, they took a sample of it to see what it is for them to provide proper medication. Forgot what is was but definitely

Hi, I'm Kellylove I also took my healthy puppy 4 Mnths old to Yosemite Veterinarian and had him fixed not even 10 days later he got I'll throwing up diarea a thousand dollars later they said he had an infection… gave him more antibiotics an 2 other scripts took him home and I didn't even get to give him any meds he died by morning a happy healthy puppy to dead I'm just just sick he hadn't even had his Halo off 2 days I had to take it off due to him throwing up and diarea he would walk back an forth to the water bowl but wouldn't drink I would help with a little dobber to give him water I

Took our cat in to be neteured called us to pick him up and he died before we got there. doctor has no answers no compassion. now that I'm talking to people they have had similar situations with this vet. called another vet who said in 19 years they experience that one time with a ferral cat don't trust yosemite vet

We took our cat there last week. They said he had an air pocket in his shoulder and that he would need surgery we brought him home with some pain medicine and took him to another vet for a second opinion turns out he had a very severe infection in his leg that the Yosemite Veterinary Hospital did not catch. $900 later.....

By telling the client the total cost before continuing with treatment. By charging reasonable amount rather than unreasonable prices for their services. It would be helpful to provide a payment plan when charges are over $500. This would show consideration for the pet owners’ well-being too. Large vet bills create a heavy burden and stress on the family.
