The Downtown Executive Centre is conveniently located in downtown Wilmington adjacent to the historic business district. Located on Walnut Street between 3rd and 4th Streets we are within walking distance to the county and federal courthouses. Our offices are located in Wilmington, North Carolina in New Hanover County.

Our primary office is located on Oleander Drive, but we also have a satellite office conveniently located near the courthouse in downtown Wilmington at the Downtown Executive Center (the DEC) at 313 Walnut Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. The DEC is located about one mile from the New Hanover County Courthouse at 316 Princess Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.

I am so glad I happened to come upon Dr. Collin's Law Firm when I received a speeding ticket last January. He went above and beyond to have my case settled with little to no penalties on my end. Even afterhours I was able to get ahold of him and he worked the whole night to make sure I had everything situated. Will always recommend him to others and friends!!!

Mr. Collins did a outstanding job. My court date was not till January 7th and somehow as of today 12/15 he had my traffic violation dismissed. The staff was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his firm for this type of litigation.

Collins Law firm took care of a failure to appear on expired tags and driving without a license charge I had received in new Hanover county. Their legal assistant was very helpful and informative. They were able to handle my case the next day. The process was easy and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer . Definitely would recommend this law firm to anybody I know .

David Collins returned my call quickly, but he was PHENOMENALLY RUDE, impatient & UNhelpful. When he learned he couldnt sufficiently profit ($$$$$) off my unfortunate legal matter, he said "I cant talk to you about this", and then "you should move on". (What!?!?) THEN -- check this out!- he said a "consultation" (on this legal matter, which he was COMPLETELY disinterested in) would be $100. Then he said it was $300. ...Seriously unwise behavior in this age of Yelp & online reviews, duh. AVOID!

This is the single worst experience I have ever had with almost any business much less a lawyer. Mr.Collins was not friendly or helpful in our situation at all. In our experience there were un predicted costs that were able to be taken from an acct we were required to set up with firm.

I would shop on for another attorney immediately in the future.
