Would NOT recommend this facility to anyone,to work or to place your loved ones.Worked there for one day,got sick and didn't go back.the administrator and the d o n retaliated against me by withholding my pay check and lying on how they lost my file.there are too many foreigners working there with deep accents confusing the already confused residents.one patient walked around the whole shift wearing a soiled gown and leaking from his colostomy bag throughout the facility and no one helped him.The place is filthy.

The place gives off a creepy vibe! Visitors are not screened well and the staff seems to have mental problems as well! I go there because I know someone in there but wish there would be other options of relocating them to a better cleaner facility. Got to make the best out the hand that was dealt I guess

My aunt recently became a resident there. She has dementia and was a bit disoriented with the move. However, It was really impressive to see how the moment she walked in she was treated with such care and respect.
The administrator and staff made sure she was comfortable in all areas.
The administrator made sure she had a her favorite TV show which she loves and really calmed her down. So grateful for all they do! My aunt is happy and calm!

No I HATED it ! They took my new dresser my Mother bought me for $50, with my things INSIDE, because cockroaches suddenly got inside the dresser ! There's a nursing home rule: if you complain, the staff doesn't care- they move you OUT ! I asked the male administrator for a 2 person room, he put me in a 4 room. This has heaters in the rooms & my then sick room mate tortured me with TOO MUCH heat and staff DIDN'T CARE about my suffering !

I would not recommend this facility.
The office manager does not do well in speaking with others.
The African American lady who does the physical therapy sessions in the basement is also quite unprofessional. I hope the administrator "looks into retraining" some of the staff.
I cannot imagine how either woman ended up in their positions.
I also noticed a bit of horsing around amongst a couple of the CNAs.
Hopefully in the future things will improve!.
