EVERYONE at their office was so friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable especially since I am not a fan of dentists, in general. It was my first visit and they listened to my concerns then went straight to work getting the needed xrays done. Before and during my visit, they continually made me aware of what was being done. Afterwards, they took their time to explain my options and gave me a couple of referrals for the work that needed to get done. I just moved here recently and this is such a relief to have found a dentist that I feel confident and comfortable with.

I contacted this office in a serious but not emergency situation. Every step of the way, every person at this office has been wonderful. Dr. Carlton Chan presented me with options, and followed up with an email summarizing and adding detail, allowing me to fully consider both my dental health and my budget. This team is highly professional, highly skilled, and very kind.

Service was prompt and very welcoming. Dental hygienist, Lisa, was very nice and thorough. Nice to know that Dr. Chan has a sense of humor. Also appreciate Dr. Chan is direct with his feedback. While it was my first visit there, it was interesting to find out that we have some mutual friends from high school which means he's as old as I am. Plus, I got to meet the Famous Mary!
