After receiving a completed architectural drawing, which includes completed floor plans and elevations, our engineers will then layout and design the structural elements consistent with the architectural theme, and local building codes.
Our structural design will include the design of the rafters and their supporting beams for the roof, the floor joist and their supporting beams, designing the beams over any wall openings for the doors and windows, and the foundation walls and their footings that support the weight of the entire structure.The goal of our service is to ensure that the roof and floor loads have been safely and properly supported.

Engineering Tech Associates, P.A. has been involved in the structure of numerous residential projects. Many of the homes structured range in size from 2,000 sq. Our residential design experience includes single-family residences, multi-family residences and renovations. Many of these structures involve the structural design of foundation walls and retaining walls.

I am a licensed general contractor and use their services on most of my projects. They are responsive and professional. I can just send them my CAD files and they can directly add all their notes. They do a great job of sending the right engineer, matching their experience level and expertise to the skill level needed for my projects.
