Zoey and Dr. Khezri are the absolute best!! Let me start by saying, I hate the dentist field, like many people. I've had terrible experiences elsewhere, but I am still blown away with how gentle, quick, and easy they make my experiences here. 100%, 10/10 would recommend! Dr. Campus and staff are truly the best! I've had quite a bit of work done by both Dr. Campus and Dr. Grimm over the past several years. Everyone is kind and gentle, almost pain free. ;) They tell you what they are doing, which helps to calm nerves. They will do as much or as little as the patient wants and keep you informed of where you are with insurance. Which I appreciate because I don't want to exceed my insurance limit. I highly recommend them! Sorrento dental is my dentist for life!

I saw my dentist for a dental implant surgery today and like always...Dr. Campus is the best dentist I ever had!!! This was the first time at the Sorrento location, his assistant was great, thorough and very nice! Dr. Campus has done a few implants and other dental procedures, always to perfection!!! The office was very clean and the staff was great 👍

I had an infected tooth extracted by another dentist I won’t mention out of respect but it was an absolute nightmare. He said I had a “hard head” and had to cut my tooth in 8 pieces just to get it out piece by piece. Felt like he was going to break my jaw trying to remove it. I knew right then I was in trouble. Long story short I left in excruciating pain, and 2 trips and 4 horrifically painful days back to that same dentist, abiding by every single thing he advised on aftercare, I ended up with a severely infected dry socket and was told to “just deal with it until it heals.”

My dentures broke in half, I have implants & it was hard to find a good dentist, because I have only been living in this state a few months.. But I got the name Sorrento Dental Care from my sister. And they also do implants. .The people that work there are so nice & do a great job.. I got set up with a Dr Campus. He made feel so good just by explaining the way he will make my denture & that it will be stronger.. That was my problem my other one was just too weak & it was only less then 2 years old.. If you are looking for a great dentist give Sorrento Dentist a try for all your families care..

I was offered a earlier appointment and agreed. The office staff was courteous, and offered assistance. I was called promptly and care was given for my particular health needs. The tech evaluation was through and the doctor’s plan of care conservative and very affordable! I’m certainly happy to continue my dental care with Dr. Mark.

Great experience with caring professionals. I moved from central Florida and finding a new dental practice that measures up to what I had seemed to be a daunting task. Not so with Sorrento Dental. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. A traveling hygienist was filling in today for my regular cleaning and she was awesome — friendly, knowledgeable and such a great personality. If you need good dental care I highly recommend Sorrento Dental.

I came for tooth extraction and was suffering from a raging toothache. The dental practice claimed not to have received all my Xrays from my previous dentist, so I had to get a full set of Xrays. As the Technician was taking Xrays, she was trying to sell me products and services. I think it is unprofessional when a patient is in pain and trying to sell other services. Thinking this was going to be the same day service, I was informed Dr. Tidwell did not feel comfortable doing the procedure and recommended me to find myself an Oral Surgeon. This cost me $220.00.... WOW!

My friend was discriminated against by an employee by the name of Lisa. In this day and age she needs to learn to keep her racist and discriminatory opinions to herself. I want to make sure justice is gotten for my friend. He did not deserve to feel embarrassed while sitting in Lisa's chair. She should not be able to practice any customer service profession including dental hygiene with such a chip on her shoulder.

I won't be a patient here any longer after Lisa asked me about my sexuality. Not sure what that has to do with my teeth but I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior I endured. I also heard her talking about another female patient in another room. We all speak English... this ain't a nail salon! Anyway, I wont be back and I'll be sure to let all my lgbtq friends know this isn't a friendly place.

I've had some not so good experiences at other dental offices in Pensacola, however not the case at Sorrento Dental. Lauren, the hygienist was awesome, very attentive and knowledgeable about her job and dental procedures. The dentist Mrs.Tidwell was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. All in all a good experience that I would recommend to friends and family.

I have been coming here for two years now. The thing I really like about this place is that everything is a one stop for all, so it has saved me time. I had checked the area for the cheapest price and this is the place that had better pricing and service. I had some medical issues that had delayed my process and the dentist and the staff never gave me trouble for that, always patient. The payments are always in my convenience. Absolutely the best Dentist and staff ever. Dr. Gomez, Dr. Campus, Rita, Christina, Kathy Seanne, Jessica are all amazing. I recently had a 2 month , 2 visit dental procedure and although I am not wishing for a toothache I would gladly return there if I needed to. Complete "Down to earth" Professionals.
