Booked a couples massage for our anniversary, sadly it was a poor experience. The female was so rough on my back that it was still tender and sore to the touch 6 days later. She took her shoes off so she could walk around quietly, but her feet stunk terribly, so the entire time she was near my head, the smell was very off putting. The male kept his shoes on, which made tons of noise on floor and further detracted from the relaxing atmosphere. Booking experience was easy and mgmt was pleasant, perhaps other masseuses there are better. The facility was clean and appeared well maintained.

I had a same day appointment for a 90 minute prenatal massage and was excited to finally have all my tense muscles and knots worked on, but was extremely disappointed at the experience. My massage therapist Amy was not very experienced and did not use enough pressure even after I told her to please use firmer pressure. In fact, it felt like all she was doing was rubbing oil all over my body with very light movements. After she finished I felt exactly the same as when I walked in. However, the spa is very nice and clean. I highly recommend a different spa or a different therapist.

I have been getting massages every week for the last decade and I am extremely particular about the places I choose having sampled over 100 different spas and massage places all over the world. I can without a doubt say this place provides some of the best massages I have received. When I say deep tissue, they REALLY do deep tissue carefully applying the heavy pressure I need as a bigger guy. They don't chat with you during the massage which is fantastic, are generous about the time often going 5 mins over, and all at an insanely low price. I don't know how they do it or how they train their people

This place gets an A+ for professional, cleanliness, and good location, as well as good service. But I'd give it a C when comes to variety of technique and deep tissue quality of massage. As someone who suffers from chronic neck pain, I really need someone who can get in the muscle deep. So when I say I need a deep tissue massage, I mean I need DEEP. Most of the time, I have to direct my masseuse what to focus on and what I need in terms of pressure and most of the time they listen. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

My hubby scheduled a couple massage for my birth. The day before we were supposed to go, they called to inform us that they were closed that day. We rescheduled it for the following day (Monday). We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment and they told us that they had called us and since we didn't answer, they had canceled our appointment. They called us 30 minutes before our appointment using a weird number. The receptionist was like...you should have answered your phone. Now it is too late.

This is one of the best massage places I’ve been to. I go here once a week and have never been disappointed, every single Masseuse does an amazing job and shows excellent professionalism. I feel so relaxed and restored after my massages with Eliana at Massage Forever! The place is very welcoming, sanitary, and calming - also convenient if you live near Shirlington, and very affordable. I wanted a skilled therapist who would blend Swedish with deep tissue massage and Eliana's technique was exactly what I was looking for. I've already seen her twice and plan to go back again soon!

I went there today to get an hour Swedish massage and I was really pleased with the treatment that my therapist Eliana performed. She is great! She has strong hands and works very professionally. It was relaxing yet comforting and I feel renewed after my massage. I told the supervisor that Eliana is definitely a keeper. The place was clean with nice relaxing music and quiet environment. I will be coming back.

Massage Forever is one of my favorite massage parlors! I treat myself to a 2-hour birthday massage every year. This year with COVID, I was a bit reluctant, however, I was happy I kept my tradition going. The rooms, essential oils, and music create a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling all the stress and tension released from my body. Very sanitary and COVID precautious.

Unfortunately, on Saturday morning I booked a 90 minute couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday for 4PM Sunday. after speaking with their staff (via phone call at 3:30pm Sunday) and being approved to come 30 min later (4:30) than our projected time, we drove there and were locked out. I pulled a muscle in my back while cleaning (if I didn't feel old already I did after this) plus I had this sore in my neck so I decided to try Massage Forever because it's down the street from where I live. I was easily able to schedule online. Payment is collected after the service is completed. I had to waiT about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be taken back to a room. I pulled something on the left side of my neck/upper shoulder and was in extreme pain even lifting my head out of bed in the morning. After a full day of having a heating pad on it not helping, I found Massage Forever nearby and called to see if they had a massage option that would help. Booked a last minute couples massage for the boyfriend and I and were very accommodating. We ended up being 5 minutes late but were so kind about it and we still got seen. Excellent service!
Massage: 4.5/5! The massage was soooo relaxing and I felt GREAT afterwards. I have a lot of knots in my upper back and Amy (my masseuse) was able to get all out on one side and almost all on the other. I should've asked for the pressure to be a little harder imo but she still had magic fingers.

Nice place to get a quick massage when my back gets too tight in between my regularly monthly ashiatsu massage. Reasonably priced and I've always been able to walk-in and get a massage without a wait. The last few times I had Amy; she's really strong which is great when you really need to loosen up.

This was our second time returning and we were very excited. I would have given a higher rating only they double booked us. I called and made a reservation for a couples massage a month ago for 12 pm. Upon entering, they told us that there was already a couple in the room and that we would have to return at 12:30 pm. Things happen, we understand. But I called the day before to confirm. We never received a phone call or anything. They gave us 10 dollars off, but a little bit more would have been nice.

I walked in for the last minute massage need. Mika worked on knot by knot on my back. It hurt good, and I didn't have any post pain either (some masseuse push too hard and I sometimes suffer from that pain the day after).
The place is very quiet and clean. I highly recommend this business. I will definitely go back again.

The therapist was touching me inappropriately!!! He was massaging my butt for a really long time, and it was obvious I was squirming and uncomfortable. On my back, he was massaging my thigh really close up there and I tried to push him hands away. I tried to get him to stop but I think he thought it was normal. I was so angry and embarrassed I just rushed out of there after my massage. I didn't want to tell the front desk, which I think was the owner, because I don't think she would have done anything. I will NEVER come back to this place because
