Dropped off my sons car for them to look at the exhaust and see what need fixed/replaced. They let us know it wouldn’t be for a few days because of how busy they were. Let them know I wasn’t in a hurry. By that afternoon they called and told me what was wrong and about how much it would cost. I approved the repair and they called me the next morning telling me the leaks and broken flex pipe had been fixed/replaced and inquired about what muffler and tailpipe we wanted. After deciding what we wanted they called back a couple hours later advising it was complete. Price was reasonable for how

Over 1k for my breaks to get done. I could have done it myself for 230.00. And they lasted 2 months then they BROKE. my drums literally broke. I took it in they said it was all good. Got home, THEIR SPLIT IN HALF!!!! Good thing I checked myself. Could have killed me. Never ever going back their again. I'm not playing with my life so I learned how to do it and did it myself. Luckily I know a mechanic and he thought me. If you want a job done right do it yourself. Or have them SHOW YOU! Those breaks scared me and my roommate so much we were crying trying to go down a hill. But don't worry

I paid almost 10K for repairs on my car. Almost 2 years later no work has been done and just today I found out someone smashed the back window , was living inside , and was scrapping parts.
I’m a hardworking honest man and I just wanted my car fixed and they stole from me and my children, and consistently lied about work being done. I would never recommend anybody bring their car here

What can you say about this business that would deter you from using this place, NOTHING! By chance, they had my Flownaster muffler in stock and they were honest, they could not take me in for a couple days because they were slammed! When I got there for my appointment, they were not kidding, a ton of others were waiting outside for their business. Customer service was spot on! Both professional and not trying to take your money. Not only do I recommend this place, I plan to continue to use them. Thank you APEX!

More hit and miss. Mechanical expertise is appears to be there but worth a 2nd look for office practices and cluttered lot. Took car in for door latch issue. Automatic actuator that operates the lock was replaced but wouldn't catch door post. Considered "defective". Took in again, entire door latch assembly including actuator replaced at cost. Expecting some degree of credit from first time for defective part but charged twice for basically same job for a part replacement. Hmmm.

Hit and miss, at best. I had been using this shop, primarily due to the convenient location for me. On a couple occasions when my wife or kids dropped a vehicle off, they tried to slide in unnecessary services or products. One vehicle had to be "fixed" three times for the same thing and it still wasn't right. On one, they told my kid the car wouldn't make it another 100 miles, and that was about 5k miles ago. I found a more proficient and honest place to go.

SCAMMERS!!!! This place is dishonest do not go here!!! They performed services we did not ask for and then charged us for them.
They also told us a list of "problems" our car had and when we declined to fix them and took our car to Les Schwab for a second opinion, they found none of the problems Apex claimed we had.

THESE GUYS KILLED IT.. Took my Mercedes into the shop to swap out my duel exhaust for a Quad exhaust setup I bought the Quad tips at Apex.. THEY ALSO INSTALLED my carbon fiber diffuser (piece that houses the pipe tips) that I purchased somewhere else..
They even had a super sweet girl drive me to my house while I waited, wished I would have gotten her name hah
They called me every step of the way even to ask permission if they could add an extra 30min to mold my tips to fit perfectly..
They go above and beyond... I will definitely be going back..

Totally disappointed without my car and without savings is how this place left me. It's really a steal a year ago I paid over six thousand dollars for fixing my transmission. They gave me three years of warranty. A month ago the transmission started to fail, they charged me one thousand four hundred for changing the radiator and according to them, extract fluids from the transmission. I asked them more than three times if they will charge me something extra and they said no. so that later they would tell me that the insurance would not cover the transmission and apart I have to pay 240 per

1000+ miles from home driving with google maps as our guide and we have a major issue with our Jeep Liberty we tow behind our RV. Call our roadside assistance people and they arrange for Apex to pick us up and take us to a service location. Zack arrives and takes us to the service location AND they can't help till tomorrow. Really disappointed in their customer service. They ran a diagnostic on our vehicle, misdiagnosed it and quoted a repair that the vehicle did not need. We ended up towing the vehicle to another garage where they diagnosed it correctly and we ended up paying 1/4 of the quoted price from Apex. Asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee and was told that there was no misdiagnosis. Would not recommend them unfortunately.

Hit or miss with this place. I have witness them lie, give misinformation and they even broke something in my car that they claimed ignorance after having my car for three weeks. Had to get that problem fixed at the dealership. They were even stumped. $2,000 later it was resolved at my expense. I currently have a part they installed that isn't working and I can't bring it back because I can no longer trust them to do anything electrical. I have been upcharged several times. They pretend to work with you while they rob your wallet. They are very nice and courteous while they do it. That

My car was in need of a full brake job. Took it here and they had the job done in a few days. Not a week after the repair, the brakes began to stick and stay on without pressing them. After taking it back, they decided to replace the pads (which they had previously replaced with new parts already which begs the question of if their parts are good in the first place). A day later, same issue. I took it upon myself to adjust the pushrod in the booster to stop the brakes from engaging in their own and it worked fine after that. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!! My 18 year old daughter took her truck here and got taken for 1600 dollars that didn't even fix the problem. The original quote was for 1020 dollars to fix the axle and bearing and when she went to pick it up they charged her 1600 dollars, saying it because they did the brakes, "On one side mind you" that was the extra fee. The problem ended up being the axle housing was bent, so I ended up fixing it myself and went to talk to them about it and they did nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!

Andy and his team have done it again! The family van was down for the count and we really thought that it might be time to buy a new vehicle. We left the van and they were able to diagnosis the problem and repaired it pretty quick! At this point, I knew there were some other issues that needed to be address and since the van had new life it was time to fix the rest. The team at Apex got everything taken care of and the family van is back on the road again! The cost was high because a lot of work needed to be done, yet it is still cheaper than buying a brand new vehicle! Thank you Apex for taking
