Took my car in right when they opened, got my car before closing time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Honestly, best tire buying experience ever! The fact its a family run business and they operate it honestly and with integrity speaks volumes. They were literally $600 lower for the exact tires and didn't try to sell us extras or throw in fake upgrades we didn't need, like an alignment. They rotate your tires for free and no appointment necessary! We will definitely buy the next set we need and have referred our friends and family to them. We appreciate you and thank you for a stress free experience.

I had an old tractor that the tires were bad. Ken was amazing at getting the old tractor moving again. I cannot say how much I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this tire service to anyone. Thank you for the many years of great service!!!!!

Arrived 15min before closing. No one getting car worked on. They refused service. NEVER going again. Went to Tiny's Tire on 108th and Pacific Ave. Not only did the replace my tire, but I saved about $30.

Today I was driving down Pacific Ave and my low tire pressure alerted me - just a block ahead I saw S&S tire - Never have been here before!
Quickly I was greeted with assurance and fast service and the Tire crew - ENRIQUÈ helped and efficiently fixed the screw I picked up.
It was less than 10 minutes to remove and repair my tire before I was able to get back on the road.

I have been here many time, for anything from a flat tire to needing new tires. The job gets done right the first time. Every experience has been great. I couldn't recommend them more. If you want to trust an opinion and feel comfortable with your decision this is the spot.

I came in because my tire was running low on air and I didn't want to go back to Seattle before a quick refill or replacement tire. I waited in my car for about 30 minutes per Covid measures. No one came out to see if I needed help. I'm like, ok, I'll go in. Inside no one was wearing masks, there was about 4 or 5 employees standing around laughing on their phones. No one addressed my presence. I asked if anyone could help SELL ME A TIRE. Like hello, I'm trying to give you my money and it's been a ridiculous amount of time. The lady at the front desk Racheal was beyond rude

So, they don't have a huge showroom, free food, or commercials on tv showing pretty 22 year old girls and GQ dudes running out to greet you and do a pit stop on your car... but they DO have Good Quick service at competitive prices. Oh* and the kicker... friendly customer service. I've purchased a pair of special order off-road tires, had service done on a bent wheel, and many mount/dismount/balance labor jobs done here and am always happy with S&S!

Always friendly, and honest! My son took his car there, and he's not a mechanic.. but he knew the tire size. They didn't try to up-sell him, and even made sure he understood what was covered (rotation, road hazard, you know.. the usual). They gave prompt service while he waited, courteous appreciation for his business, and an easy place to get in & out of. Took my truck there a week later... Got the same treatment... Like always. Outstanding place.

I love these guys, a great example of what good old-fashioned American customer service should be.

These guys are amazing! Helpful, honest and knowledgeable. We have gotten 3 sets of tires from them and will continue for years to come. We get great deals and service. Today we called after finding a 3" piece of steel sticking out of the tire and they encouraged us to come in, even as it neared quitting time. We are back on the road and once again they exceed expectations. Thanks to Ken and his guys!

The service here is unbeatable they changed my tire and didn't charge me wouldn't take a tip really quick getting it in and out. I really appreciate these guys and gals hard work!

I love S&S. Always free tire repairs and a fair and honest opinion. Never even a pressure to buy. Reasonable prices with great service. They have free coffee and they always have a TV going so your not bored. Been to 2 of their location and the service is consistent and always quick.

This place is very professional and friendly. I came in because I thought I needed a new tire. The lady at the front greeted me and told me that she'll be right with me.
When they checked out my tire, it turns out that I had a small leak that could easily be fixed for free. However, my rim was cracked. They told me to go to a junkyard to replace my rim. Saved me money and time.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Husband and I have been sitting for awhile , still sitting as I type this. He bought a tire from them blew out on the way to work, and they're pretty much claiming he's a liar because as long as they've been in service a tire has never had a blow out that they've sold. Guess we don't fit their usual customer type since we're not above 50, 4 people who've came in after us have already been serviced. While we wait.

Took my trailer tire in to have the tire taken off the rim, so I could clean up the rim, went back today 6/8/18 to have the tire put back on.
Carol the owner couldn't find my old tire she immediately told me "The tire must have been thrown away my mistake".
S&S Tire paid for a brand new tire for my rim . I have probably bought 5 sets of tires from them, so it's no surprise about there customer service. I just wanted to tell Carol how grateful I am.

Their tire prices are reasonable but the service was terrible. I was told they would work on my car in 15 minutes and I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. When I asked if they forgot me I was told they couldn't see my car and assumed I left. I was the only woman sitting in plain sight in the lobby while men who arrived after me left before I was even served.

Curtis helped me with my flat tire. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend coming to the shop. Only took about 20 minutes and they didnt even charge me for the tire repair!!!

Will be coming back to get new tires in the future.

Came in for a front wheel alignment. I was able to get in and out with no hassle and for a decent price. There's a small waiting area equipped with coffee, TV, newspapers and magazines. My only issue was that my car was returned to me with the steering wheel way off track, with no explanation why. I expressed my concern to the technician and he gave me a labor cost to get my steering wheel back on track. I brought it back months later paid for the service and my steering wheel is still slightly off.

To Ken and Crew, Thanks so much for my new ball joints the noise is gone and all is right with the world.
Bought a used truck from Grey Motors Inc, you can read my review on yelp, up north and found out 5 weeks later as the rain washed all the grease out that they, Grey Motors Inc stuffed in, that the ball joints were very bad so bad that the mechanic said they were real bad and rusted he was surprised that one or both had not failed (broken) They gave me a great price way better than the 500 I was quoted at another shop.

March 27. They swapped out snow tire and put them in bags so as not to mess up the interior. Perfect !!!

Family owned tire company, owned by three brothers and their sister handles the front. She was very nice and friendly. Got a full set of new tires for my Rabbit. Offered us three different types; they were able to install them in a short amount of time. My tires also came with a rebate, and she was helpful in explaining how to fill it out and send it in.

I also needed windshield wipers, but they didn't have them. She was nice enough to call down to another place and make sure they had them for my car. Greatly appreciated.

S & S Tires is the best. My boyfriend got a flat tire last night (there was a screw in it) and we took the car to them this afternoon and they fixed it free of charge (and with an offer of free tire rotation every 1,000 miles.) Apparently they never charge for fixing flats, whether you bought tires there or not. We've been here less than 30 minutes and it's already done. Plus they let a stray in cat in when it's cold outside :)
