Just don’t go here . Front desk is sooooo rude. Wait over 2 hrs before seeing doctor even if you come early with appointment. The only good staff I’ve encountered was Serg who I believe is a MA. He’s very nice with an uplifting spirit. If they give you Suzan Havican just run .She is so rude and incompetent. Walked out on me in the middle of an appointment while I was voicing my concern about health issue that was so serious. She knows absolutely nothing about ob or pregnancy. She ignores major signs until it’s too late.Runnnnnnn cause you’re life is seriously depending on it.

Two hour wait and still no labs done. I told them 3 times I had an appointment at 11:30, they literally do not care if you work, etc. Requested my lab order be sent to Labcorp, they said I had to drive back over there and retrieve order in person. Why? Just email me the order, you already wasted 2 hours of my time. Very unprofessional staff. They request you arrive an hour before your appointment!! Why?
They have you sitting there for hours with signs posted not to use your cell phone. This place is a total racket. They want you to use their dentist, their lab, their specialists. All so they can

Having met by chance, since it was my first time coming to Hope Clinic, Dr Shang-Chen Wu is a very nice person. I can see that she is lovely, very committed, and passionate about what she is doing. And she is really great with kids too. That is why I love coming back for her to check up on my daughter. Thank you Dr. Wu.

I give five stars for Dr Wu Shang Chen. I immediately transferred my daughter’s pediatrician to her after my first visit. She is experienced, talkative, patience, and always step in my shoes to give me a medical suggestion. She is the best pediatrician who I have ever met. I am so glad that I have found the great pediatrician for my daughter.

Pardon me for writing this 1 star review. I don't like to write anything negative. But people need attention. There's no HIPPA at this clinic. They violate HIPPA- you can hear their conservations in the room, loud and clear. I am sure they heard me in the room too talking about my chief of complaints and medical history. Your privacy isn't confidential. There's no privacy. If was a manager here, I would fire their staff for not being productive and responsive. I will tell my insurance and change my doctor. Community health isn't a place for you to go. Go Find a private

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like the previous comments state, the front desk is ridiculous. I didn't even make it to the back. I walked away out of there. You're suppose to have a great experience from the moment you walk in! Plus, the front lady with blonde-ish hair did not even have her mask on properly, she had it on her chin. LOL what a joke.

I called the Public Health Region of Houston and asked where could I find free services and they referred me to this clinic in the area. I arrived at 7:45am, but they didn't start checking in patients until 8:20am because they were all in a meeting. All of the staff including the doctors were polite and knowledgeable. I paid a $35 consultation fee and my three shots were 34.50, which isn't bad at all even though I was expecting free services. They sent me to LabCorp next door which also had friendly staff and quick service. I will definitely go back for future services.
