Services
We have a growing history of patients served, with over 12 years serving the surrounding community of Dallas, Grand Prairie, Lancaster, Cedar Hill, Arlington, Duncanville, DeSoto, Red Oak, Irving, and Hutchins. We are located on the west side of Highway 67 just south of the I35E interchange. South Polk Medical Clinic prides itself on ensuring each and every patient is treated to the best of our abilities.
Immunization is the process by which an individual's immune system becomes fortified against a disease. Early childhood is a time of remarkable physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. We will monitor your child through check ups to keep your child healthy and growing strong. Each visit includes a complete physical examination.
Why do I have to pay my co-pay and coinsurance at the appointment instead of waiting for the insurance company explanation of benefits?. This fee will not be charged if you advise us 1 business day prior to the appointment time. However, you should know that failure to notify us not only results in lost revenue to the practice, but a lost opportunity for another patient to be seen at that time.

I am a Father of two infant daughters, I reside in Memphis, and traveled down to Dallas this past weekend. Dr. Roberts said she was too busy and was not going to stop what she was doing. I was told I needed to speak with the mother. I have court ordered joint custody of my children, therefor I do not need to speak with her regarding the well being of my children. Plus she doesn't answer any request or reply to anything I send her. I will be filing a complaint with the clinic and Dr. Roberts. The environment is not welcoming and unkempt as you see.

I love Dr. Roberts. She is an amazing Dr. Probably the best I’ve ever had. However, The “nurses” or aides aren’t very welcoming. They don’t answer questions correctly.... at all. I called in about my results from a prev test, and while the results were very unexpected for me, they acted like they couldn’t give me basic answers. Like I was bothering them.

I have been a faithful parent of 3 patients(my children), at this particular medical center. And I have always felt welcomed and treated fairly, however, today I felt I was judged by my skin color! I arrived at the doctor office today as a walk in and I am aware that patients with appointments are first priority! In this case the patient called before me was a walk in as well! I was pushed behind a family that came in 10 minutes after I had signed in and my daughter is very sick. We as mothers feel helpless when we can’t fix our children. This situation today didn’t have anything to do with

I love Dr. Robert's she is a great doctor. I'm so very blessed to have her as my daughters pediatrician. She listens, she is thorough, she answer questions and explains so that you and your child can understand. She is honestly worth the wait, because I know at the end of the day my child well being is being cared for by someone who actually cares.

I use to be in foster care and all my foster parents used dr.Robertson so I decided to stay there after leaving foster care. The doctor is a nice lady and is very insightful & cares bout making sure we know what’s wrong with us & how to make sure it dosent happen again. BUT I CANT stand them rude nurses at the front they are rude and don’t care I had a appointment today / walk-in for my depo and I called exactly at 8am so the doctor can request it and get it out her way.. I called back at 11am to see if the depo has been requested or sent to Walgreens the lady I To spoke didn’t care that

My family loves going to this clinic. We been in this clinic since 2006. Yes It can get to be kind of wild, but if people think about it is not the clinic or the staff is the people that don't know how to control their kids. Ms. Roberts is very knowledgeable person and very kind including the staff. People have the last decision where they can take their kids to, but busy means that people like the clinic. Cant expect to be in and out, when the office is full. I guess everybody has their own experience coming to this place.

Will never go back! They do not listen to the need of their patients and it takes 3 to 4 hours with and appointment. Try to show Black Women Doctors support and this is what you get: An office full of patients, office staff do the minimum to look busy, and the office still looks like the 1900s! They are certainly there for the $$$$$!!!! When you are only there because it's a job, it is time to find something else to do with your time. This office treatment is not customer friendly! They will give you medication and you better hope it works.

If you have all day to sit in a lobby, can deal with children running wild, and enjoy listening to parents talk on their phones while said children run wild, then this is the doctor's office for you. Dr. Roberts is extremely nice and will answer all your questions, but that's only if you can get in to see her. If you try to make an appointment they will tell you there are none available and to just show up during walk-in hours, but don't expect to be in and out; in fact, you get faster care for non-emergencies at an emergency room. My son's last visit was his last - I took him in for a flu shot
