Recently purchased a house from Wright Living Real Estate. Had to submit paperwork several times because realtor/sellers missed the time period. Very hard to get ahold off at any time. The sellers did not fix anything they were legally obligated to fix (they signed a contract stating they could either fix things, pay us to, or not doing anything at all). Tried getting ahold of her again, was told to send over a list of problems and she would get back to us. Nobody has gotten back to us. Legal action might happen because I am out of money fixing things that her sellers signed paperwork to fix.

I was unable to give no stars. Lisa Casey-Rush was our realtor. She agreed and promised certain things that should come with a FHA loan but did not come through with her promises. Then she sent some so called contractor to make it worse. Now I have to go through a Real Estate lawyer. D/t I called FHA resources and this is not just a minor but major issue. I also contacted the owner and I'm waiting to hear back from him as well.
