My dog got into a dog fight and required emergency stitches. I called almost every vet in the Spokane/airway area, and nobody could get him in. Although they were booked full they were able to make room and time to help us!! They were quick, friendly, and super helpful.

First off there is terrible customer service, if you have an appointment set, expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you're actually seen or sometimes even helped. Even if there doesn't seem to be another soul in there.
Second if they quote you a price over the phone or when you schedule your appointment expect to pay more than that amount. Between 50% to 75% more of the original quote.

Absolutely awesome experience here! This place will be where I take all my animals from now on. I got my male cat neutered and it was such an affordable and easy process! They never pushed unnecessary treatments either, they were super sweet and nice. I called every vet in spokane and they were all extremely expensive and booked out months in advance. West plains got us in within a few days and like I said extremely affordable! So happy with this place!

Found a lost cat. Brought cat for a chip check and to check the cat for injuries. This is supposed to be a free chip check. Then charged us for an office fee. And threatened to keep this lost cat unless we paid. Tried to charge 150 dollars to neuter an already neutered cat. Then, threatened to keep our cat unless we went through with the procedure. A procedure that didn't need to be done. If there was the ability to leave zero stars, we would.

AMAZING care! Our dog was misdiagnosed at Blackhawk Vet in Cheney, and a coworker suggested I go see Dr Belles. She got us in the next day, and gave us a completely different answer based on the same xrays and labs. Blackhawk told us to try and get him to eat and drink, but that his liver was failing. She looked and saw things in his stomach that shouldn't have been there. She contacted emergency vet and got him in for surgery that same night. He's not out of the woods yet, but had we not listened to my daughter's gut and gotten a second opinion, our baby would be dead. And he didn

I used to get another clinic, I don't want to mention names, my cat enters good health and exits the patient😅😅😅
How so I do not know🤔🤔🤔.
But in this clinic I really appreciate there job and there honesty and their sincerity at work.
Especially one girl I really don't know her name but I think she's Physician Assistant
I really appreciate her quality jobs.
If you guys have Human Clinic please let me know so that's I will be the first guy visit.

Been going here for about 3-4 years now and the vet and staff are always so kind and welcoming. If none of my fur babies are sick then my dad is bringing in his two chihuahuas for a nail trim. My dad doesn't speak or understand English. I always call and make an appointment. There's been times where my father got his appointments mixed up, like coming in to early or coming on a different day rather than his scheduled time. He's always told me that their staff there is very kind and still accept him with little to no wait time. Also his pups' nails are always groomed nicely.
