I love this place been going here since 95 and the food is always excellent

Well, the pizza is great but the customer service sucks. And the reason I say so is because I attempted my order over the phone. I was told that I had to order in person for that particular lunch combo. Then was hung up on before I finished talking.

I happened to be in Bloomfield and I decided to stop on in. I am glad I did. I LOVE the old world style brick oven pizza. I am not a fan of Domino's or Pizza Hut with all the strange toppings. I just like authentic delicious freshly made pizza and that is what I got served here. :O) I also tried the zucchini sticks! There were plentiful and served with a great marinara sauce. Delicious!!!

Pizza looked and tastes awful..don't know if it was old sauce or just old pizza....will never ever buy pizza from there again

Waste of $30, ordered 2 cheesesteaks for $31 which usually comes with mozzarella came with American cheese which we do not eat, had to trash them.

Easily best pizzeria in town. Cheesteaks are to die for and pizza is really good. Delivery was quick and the website really easy to use. Owner and staff are all nice and welcoming.

By far the best pizza & customer service I had in a long time. Trust me everything is amazing from the pizza to the Italian cheesesteaks & Italian hotdogs

Delicious sub! Will definitely be back to try out other items on the menu. At the time of this writing the place has 3 stars which I find to be underrated from what I have experienced so far.

One of the worst pizzas I've had, called in for delivery, asked for a large pizza half plan/half everything, pretty simple, don't you think? Waited for 50 minutes for a disappointment, thought it will be pretty crispy because I made a request for it, pizza looked like it came from a lake, wet and soggy, tasted horrible! Recommend you to not order from here

Easily the best place for subs in the Bloomfield to Montclair area. Bread melts in your mouth and all ingredients are always fresh. Pizza is just okay but sandwiches can't be beat

I've been a long time customer of Cousin's pizza since I was in high school. I'm 32 years old now and living in VA. Whenever I'm back in town visiting my mom, I always order my favorite chicken cutlet sandwich! You can't go wrong with good NJ style pizza also.

The service there has changed drastically and the food is disgusting, it's almost like throw up in your mouth. Save yourself the money. Your better off ordering from dominos. The manager or owner is rude has no proper customer service skills and lets not talk about how hard it is to make a pizza. Like hire someone or learn.

Very disappointed. When ordering at a pizza place, I usually order a whole pie because I want it to be fresh, but here you order a pie and they give you half fresh and 4 slices from last night (which they forgot to cut by the way) when I called and told him I wanted a fresh pie the man on the phone told me it was fresh ... but how can you cut one half of the pizza and not the other side if its fresh? If I wanted 8 slices I wouldnt have ordered a pie. Never ordering again waste of money

Small pizzeria and easy to overlook but trust me, stop by and buy the cheesesteaks! I buy a large and it is huge, easily feeding 2-3 people. It is filled with tasty seasoned steak and peppers and onions (comes with potatoes too!). The rest of the menu is good as well (big fan of the chicken cutlet wrap and turkey and cheese subs) but honestly, the cheesesteak is amazing and you should get it.

I've been coming here for pizza for last 20 years. Gino has also done some catering for family functions. I've never been disappointed with anything that we've ordered. Gino goes above and beyond to provide superior service. Although I no longer live in Bloomfield, i still go weekly primarily on Friday for his pizza.

I ordered from here last night for guests two large pizzas for 17.99 it came out to 23. Something when the guy delivered it.. This pizza is really gross just don't do it. It doesn't smell good and the crust is bad.. it wasn't that burnt but it tasted burnt... The delivery guy gave us a whole spiel about the history of the restaurant... I feel bad because the plain pizza is just no good and bad pizza is my worst nightmare Smh
I literally have one whole pie in my house untouched my guests hated it

Gino is the best, he makes sure everyone is taken care of..very cool guy, food is awesome and I been coming here for over 15years now

Good af. Ordered food and got it in 20 mins. Hot and delicious. Very good pizza. Cheesesteaks rock as well. I have never been disappointed and the customer service is great.

I ordered Buffalo wings delivery and they came with the sauce on the side without me requesting that. Then when I called I'm told that's how they serve it, they wanted me to toss the wings in a container which they didn't provide. This is a step that the restaurant should be doing. They also only provided 1 small container of cold Buffalo sauce.
When I called they were not accommodating. I'll never order again.

Furious that I was brought here. Absolutely disgusting. Interior is FILTHY. Employees were less than charming. I was scared to eat anything. Pizza was terrible. This place is a Huge NO.

I just walked into Cousin's after placing a phone order. I walked in and the first thing I heard was the owner yelling " your a f**got across the entire restaurant. So I left as to not spend my money with a hateful homophobe. The the CALLED me and I informed him why i would not be returned and he went on a expletive fueled rant telling me that I was rude. I will never step foot near this place again. They also have a reputation for verbal abuse ( racial slurs) of their black and hispanic employees. Stay away from this place if you care about human decency or have a general dislike
