Through mental health counseling, we are able to help clients mitigate emotional and psychological difficulties to enable personal stability. As a part of the integrated services provided by Susan's Legacy, addiction counseling and support groups assist clients in remaining free of addiction. An essential component of Susan's Legacy's program is intensive case management.

Susan Rose was a much loved, talented, and beautiful woman who suffered from a mood disorder that began in childhood. She later developed a substance use disorder and in 1997 at the age of 28, tragically died. In 1999, Susan's Legacy was established as a non-profit organization in memory of Susan Rose.
Case management connects clients with medical providers, educational providers, helps clients find a source of income, and supports clients as they reunite with their children (and much more!). While Susan's Legacy does not provide housing, we work with community agencies who are able to offer housing options.
