Took advantage of the fact I was no longer in state. Promised me a reserve price then dropped it day of auction. Told me would never see the appraisal amount out of my home even if I invested money then sold the house for more than it appraised for. Sold tools worth hundreds of dollars for pennies on the dollar. Family pictures destroyed due to flooding and negligence. Was promised homeowners insurance would cover damages then charged me 3x the amount of a normal contractor for the area. Didn't take any pictures for the insurance company and was denied my claim. He charged me over 21 dollars an
