Positives - Difficult deal went through successfully, quick responses, I had several requests about accomodating the privacy of my tenants before showing my property and they did a good job.
Only Negative - I asked them to check with buyer to see if I had corrected a heating issue to their satisfaction before devoting further time on the phone w/ PG&E to correct a vague report they issued about my heater. The person assigned to finish out the sale just said she already sent in the paperwork to the buyers agent and wasn't willing to just call him and find out. She said whether I have
