These limited warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. I traveled from Bayside to Port Washington based upon a phone conversation I had with Geoffrey. I needed to have my alloy rims restored as they were scuffed up after 3 years on the road. Very overpriced ,thinks all of the locals are rich , and deserve to be ripped off. Bought 4 tires ,same exact size brand and model # somewhere else $80 . Per tire less ...... Before you buy ,you better check the prices elsewhere ! Mediocre service ! CAVEAT EMPTOR ! I've been fooled by them . But no more !

I had the bad luck of a nail in my tire and a busted valve and wasn't confident on how I'd get home but this excellent staff took care of the situation in no time. Greeting me with courtesy and professionalism, my problem was assessed and corrected immediately. The service and hospitality was good to begin with and made even better when we realized we're from the same neighborhood!

Theses guys are very friendly and seem to know what they are doing, but be careful they are all about making the most profit out of every situation, they’ll tell you you need to replace parts that don’t need to be replaced, and I know because I saw how 4 months ago those parts were replaced... since they couldn’t make money on those parts they went ahead and replaced my lugs at 20bucks a piece, when they were already charging 500 dollars to replace a bearing... not cool

A while back I brought my Jeep here to have an alignment. First off they charged me $200, after driving my Jeep around it felt exactly the same as it did before. I thought maybe something else was wrong with Jeep then. Recently someone else was driving my car and told me that I am in great need of an alignment. I said impossible I had it aligned not too long ago. I need to have my Jeep inspected so I thought I'd have it aligned while I was at it. And sure enough it fixed all my problems and only costed me $140 including the inspection. I begin to think did they even attempt to align it? I

I went to Port Tire & Auto Service when I got a flat. I could not find the source of the flat. I had a long trip to Plattsburgh NY the next day and was leaning toward replacing the tire. They fixed the tire in a few hours. They told me it did not need to be replaced just plugged. Traveled over 700 miles the next day without a problem and they also rotated my tires. Saved me a large sum of money and i appreciate an honest business and will go back for any of my car needs.

Port Tire & Auto Service is NOT owned or operated by the Goodyear Company. It is a "Goodyear Independent Dealer".
Since they are an independent dealer, the Goodyear Company has no control over what they can charge you for the cost of a tire.
Recently I needed a replacement tire for a Contential tire. Since it was late in the day they suggested a Kelly tire. I was charged $109.95 for the tire with out balancing or tax.
Later that evening I checked online and found out that no one charged more then $80.00 for the same tire.

My first posted negative review. I usually just vote on service experience with my non-return to a business with poor service but this was pretty frustrating. Took my 2000 Discovery II to check out the Check Engine Soon light and also get an inspection. I had just purchased the car. Yes it is a 15-year old car but it serves as a great local utility car and has had a lot of consistent maintenance work done. These guys charged me $108 to run the diagnostic for the inspection and then declined to look for the problems indicated by the computer due to the fact that my engine was "dirty"

I give this business no stars. Over the past several years I did go to this business without any incidents. Last week I went because I had gotten a flat and it was the closet repair shop to my apartment. I mentioned that I had just gotten my tax return direct deposited to my bank account that morning and how ironic that i had gotten the flat. My car also was past inspection. I think the owner got dollar signs flashing in his eyes. I went home to find out an hour later that they told me I needed over $1,600 in repairs to my car in order for them to pass it for inspection.
