Remarkable Healthcare is focused on the individual who needs healthcare services after his/her hospital stay. We offer services to help individuals return home to the community as well as long term services for those who may require our care for an extended time. Our programs are designed to help neighbors recover quickly from surgery, injury, or serious illness and speed up the recovery process.
We accomplish this goal through team-coordinated treatment plans. Services are tailored to each individual with the goal of facilitating increased strength and flexibility while minimizing pain and impairment. Stabilizing the patient from a clinical, nursing, and social aspect is our top priority.

Services
We asked ourselves, "What do we want to do for the rest of our lives?" We started by listing our priorities, both personally and professionally. Helping others and caring for people at their most important moments landed at the top of the list. That priority is what motivated us to get into the healthcare industry 25 years ago, and it is still the number one passion that motivates us today.
Ongoing case management and advocacy is provided by a dedicated team of social workers, who are committed to each individual's well-being. We encourage personal freedom and decision making in everyday life.
Services include advanced directive planning, discharge planning and community agency referral, individual counseling, family support group facilitation, coordination of educational forums, distribution of informational materials and other resources, as well as integration of appropriate psychological and psychiatric support services.A positive and uplifting atmosphere largely determines one's quality of life.

I'm sure by the time you read this you will know that Ms Pugh passed away this morning. It was not unexpected as she was failing for several days and we are happy knowing that she was easy at the end and did not seem to be in too much distress. There is much to be said about the process of death but having to experience it is not always easy.

I have been working at Remarkable since November of 2021 and I will say I have seen some changes happening very quickly in the building. They have lots of repairs happening to make the building better and they have hired all new staff. Looks like they are trying to move things in the right direction.

Hell on Earth. The culture here is contaminated. DO NOT send family here. My mother texted, in delirium and agony from the mistreatment, "This is the highest form of neglect." They left her in a wet diaper for 9.5 hours and only helped her because I called for nearly 2 hours---I did this each evening for days on end. They rarely answer the phone and will literally pick it up and hang up. They lied to us repeatedly about transferring to a wheelchair and to the bathroom. Workers clearly lack compassion and are under-staffed/over-worked. Brought her fried food and sugary desserts after asking to avoid

At this point, I’m not impressed or pleased with the staff. My sister has been there for short time . It takes a long time for her to get her meals, no one hardly answers the phone, my sister and her roommate lies in pee all night. Her clothing and sheets are soaked. She presses the nurse call button and no one comes in😡

My mother was released from the hospital with covid and sent to this facility because they were the only facility that has an available bed. She's been there a week and since her admission, no one ever answers the phone to give me any updates on my mom. Another covid patient walked right into my mom's room and stood over here while my mom screamed for help as I was on the phone. No one ever came to her assistance. Finally, I got a hold to someone and informed them that I will be reporting them to the state first thing on Monday. They are incompetent there and I will advise no one to take their

This place deserves less than ZERO. My aunt was discharged from the hospital last week after she had a fall and pelvic fracture in her memory care facility. She had tested positive at the hospital for Covid, despite her vaccination, and we were told this was the only place with a Covid bed available. She was there for 24 hours and we could not get anyone to answer the phone. Nor was there an option to leave a voice mail. Out of desperation to check on her I called a Dallas facility and after a text to the Dir of Nursing at the FTW facility, we got an immediate call. I sent them a Facebook message
