At Star Avenue Massage, my goal is to educate the community of Littleton, CO of the many benefits and types of massage therapy that are available. Deep tissue massage treatment focuses on the deep layers of tissue and muscle throughout the body. Using slow strokes to apply pressure, the massage focuses on areas of defined pain and tension. Knots in the muscles, tendons, and ligaments can be the result of injury or stress. Besides being painful, these knots can restrict blood circulation, hinder natural movement, and cause swelling.
Neuromuscular massage therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage. In neuromuscular massage, fingers, knuckles, hands, or elbows can be used to exert pressure and create friction, which is used to alleviate areas of tightness and strain in the aggravated muscle. These problem areas are called trigger points and are the source of many muscular pain symptoms.

She is so knowledgeable and goes right to the problem without you even telling her. She is both personable and professional. The massages are in a clean, luxurious, peaceful environment.

I have received many unbelievable massages at Star Avenue Massage. Debbie is the best masseuse I have ever been too. I have recommended a few friends and they all feel the same. The massage room is always clean, perfect temperature and Debbie always makes sure I am comfortable. She always asks what muscle group or area of the body I want to work on during the massage and she always asks what type of music I want to listen to during the massage. Ignore the 1 star reviews, if you go once you will realize they are bogus.

I was referred to Debbie from a friend. Debbie is not only wonderful but has expert knowledge of the musculature of the body. Her years of experience give her an excellent sense of what treatment is needed to help with each clients wellness. Her house is very clean, she has easy to follow protocol only allowing only one person in her house at a time in accordance with Covid guidelines. I am always impressed by her attentiveness and flexibility to adjust based on client preference. I highly recommend Star Avenue Message!

Star Avenue Massage is a wonderful place. The massage room is full of antiques and there is soft music playing during the massage. I have been going there for over a year and the massages have really helped my back. Some of the previous reviews seem to have been made up by people who has never been there. There isn't a T.V. or people talking or any of those things. I and other people I know have benefitted greatly from the massages we have received at Star Avenue Massage.

I have been seeing Debby for massage since I had shoulder surgery almost 2 years ago. She has done both targeted massage and general relaxing massage for me. I feel so much better after seeing her no matter which kind of day it is. Her massage room is lovely and so calm and soothing. She uses smell, touch and sound to reach all the senses during her massage sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Star Ave Massage by a coworker. Debbie was extremely rude when I asked for more pressure during my massage. She also took a personal call as my massage was starting. I paid for a 55 minute massage and received a 45 minute massage. I won’t be coming returning.

I did not really know a good massage until I met Debbie. I was never really one for pampering, but now that I am in my early 30s and workout regularly, I use massages for body maintenance and injury prevention. Debbie is amazing. She tailors her work to your specific needs. At this point I stick mostly with deep tissue every session, but her lighter massages — if you’re looking to relax some days — is also incredible.

Debbie is very passionate about her work and it shows in the quality of massage. She ensures the environment is the right: the music, the sounds, the lighting, the quality of sheets, the smells, the temperature; all to enhance an already great massage. She listens to your needs, whether you're looking for detail work unlocking trouble areas or just zoning out for complete relaxation. I find it difficult to go to other massage places after here. I highly recommend Debbie and Star Ave Massage.

I always feel better after my sessions with Debbie. She helped treat a bad shoulder not realizing what was causing the pain. She makes you feel comfortable in a tranquil and relaxing setting. I won’t go to any of the chain massage places because I know I won’t get the the treatment I do at Star Avenue Massage!!
