Please feel free to contact a member of our Executive Committe for questions that you may have about NAHTM. The Executive Committee is comprised of the elected officers. One of the elected officer positions is voted on and replaced each year at the annual conference.

In 2010, twelve year old Nicholas Lowinger started the Gotta Have Sole Foundation, and his "sole" purpose was to give new footwear to children in shelters across the United States. Amazingly, he has donated brand-new footwear to over 8000 children in need. We are proud to support Gotta Have Sole and therefore have chosen to adopt this organization since the NAHTM 2013 conference.
The National Association of Healthcare Transport Management (NAHTM) has a special relationship with our sponsors. NAHTM would like to recognize the importance of the support we receive from our exhibitors. We recognize the value they add to the transport department in its effort to make the patient experience, in the hands of a competent Patient Transporter, a positive experience.
The collaboration will begin later this year with a benchmarking project that will collect and analyze data from 25 participating U.S. and Canadian hospitals. Each hospital will provide historical data on request time (the time between request and dispatch of a transporter), transport time (job assignment to completion), and overall transport completion time (from initial request to job completion).
