I worked with Tim Gossman and Direct Properties during a very rough time in my life. My mother had just been diagnosed with dementia, and I was frantically trying to find someone to help me with selling her house. With that as the backdrop, I can definitely say that Tim is the most detail-oriented, transparent, and efficient professional I've worked with, especially with something as big as selling a house due to medical circumstances.
