So far I wish they were more serious scheduling the appointments. Today I've got a call from Mónica to remind me my son's appointment tomorrow at 1pm, when my original appointment was at 2:15pm. After telling me about 8 times she had no way to know why it was changed and repeating that there is nothing she could do, when asked to talk with the person responsable she insisted in not knowing who did it and that she can let her supervisor know but didn't offer ANY solution to give me back my initial time! First tried to offer me resechedule to 15 days away. She ended giving me a walk in tomorrow

This place is terrible. If I had a better option for my son I would go there but unfortunately this is the only option we have at the moment. If you need to reach someone by phone you can forget it because they do not answer ever and if you do they transfer you to someone else that won't answer. Providers leave patients with zero notice until you need to schedule and appointment and are told the provider doesn't work there anymore. They call you to remind you of a phone or zoom appointment and then they never contact you for the actual appointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a different

Human Behavioral Institute of Las Vegas is joke. New patient scheduled 1.5 months out. They called and said provider left and appointment canceled. I called them to reschedule asap as has already been 1.5 months. I was advised almost another 1 month before could be spoken with. For people having issues this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all

Awful, it’s a nightmare dealing with there management and they are super disorganized. I stopped see a therapist here because of it and only see my psychiatrist over the phone. However if you have an issue with insurance the completely cancel your appointment few days before and it already took a MONTH to even get seen. Also there medical assistant line sucks. You can't even get ahold of them, leave a voice mail and they then MAYBE answer in two weeks.

This place is the absolutely worst place to ever get service is at and let me tell you why. I was a patient for two years. Within those two years my therapist Ashanti, left the practice suddenly and unexpectedly. The only reason that I knew about her leaving was because I called to schedule my next appointment and they said that she was no longer with the practice. I finally received a letter notifying me that Ashanti had left the practice which was back in October 2020, the letter was dated February 3, 2020 and discussed how she left back in October 2020. I now see Brandy, who has released me

This place is awful. I had an appointment scheduled three months ago. I received a text message the day before that my appointment had been switched to telehealth. There were no directions and no link. When I called the lady on the phone said that my dr. was on vacation AND that they also stopped accepting my insurance. This office failed to tell me not only that my DR was on vacation but also that my insurance was no longer accepted. They lady's attitude was "oh well, deal with it." They also failed to tell me that my other DR. had moved. This office fails to notify their patients on what is going

My therapist was great, loved her so much. But they were so, so disorganized. I only got to see my therapist ONCE a month. Which is ridiculous. I'd made it clear that I needed to see my therapist more, but it never happened. And honestly, if my mental health was really cared for, they'd refer me to another institute that could've better suit my needs. I'd build up so many emotions and then only get to see her for an hour at the end of the month. Like what the hell! Anyway, the therapists are great, but don't be surprised when you barely see them. You're better off going somewhere else.

I wrote this review to warn other mental health patients to stay far away from here. I came here when I first moved to Las Vegas in 2016. They are the worst mental health place I ever visited. They are very unorganized and it's somewhat hard to find which specific building your appointment is at. The intern therapist (or therapist in training) was great. I wish I remembered her name. She was very nice, empathetic and sweet. That was the first and last time I ever saw her. The therapist they had me talk to was horrible. This was my first time in therapy so I was left wondering...hmm is this how
