Apparently Jared continues ,through present, to have anger mgmt issues. Sellers do not use him. He communicates through email only and puts your transaction on the back burner.
When I called him out over the "delays" which should not have happened and tried to get him moving, he cursed at me and fired me.
As a woman I believe he talked down to me and is chauvinistic as well. I never used foul language toward him. I will never get over this treatment.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this law firm, and specifically John Brosnan. He was recommended by my realtor and from the beginning, he has been helpful, responsive, and proactively correcting issues before I even became aware of them. I definitely felt he was my advocate and felt protected. The closing was almost 11 weeks from the day we got an offer, which is unheard of. This had a lot to do with John's professionalism. If attorneys were superheros than the only thing missing from Jared Beschel & Associates are the capes!! I don't know how they do it, but, within seconds of my calling, emailing or texting they were back in touch with me immediately. Jared even answered 3 consecutive calls I made during a huge snow storm while shoveling snow from his driveway. You just don't find that level of sincerity anywhere! It's outstanding, truly! Yes, I had A LOT of questions- I was buying my first home and EVERY question, regardless of how big or small, was always explained to me respectfully and thoroughly

Unprofessional is stating it lightly. Jared does not like to answer his phone, has his paralegal get back to you, (hopefully) after numerous tries and charges much higher than the going rate for a real estate lawyer. Highly disappointed, especially when he had a tantrum on the phone and started yelling at his clients. Anger management issues to say the least. I have purchased a few homes and have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism ever. Skip this name in the lawyer pool when looking for a real estate lawyer. You'll thank me later.

I was recommended by my real estate broker and oh boy!!! Jared has anger management issues and he does not know how to communicate with his clients professionally.
He gets angry pretty fast with his clients who paid HIM to do the required job.
Also.. the lingering $250 paralegal fees adding on to the bills the night before closing is absurd.
Our initial cost for closing was $2500 and ended up paying him $3750 ..
Get some other lawyer who will do your job just as fine and LESS drama.

I engaged Mr. Beschel upon the recommendation of my broker. In my opinion, Mr. Beschel delayed in helping me resolve the issues that arose during my closing. He instead pushed my matter to paralegals. It wasn't until 3 months passed and the buyers were considering backing out of the deal that he began to be actively involved.
