Dr. Kaleb Thompson is a very impressive dentist who is coming from an excellent program that allowed him to perform complex procedures. He has experience with CAD/CAM, root canals, dental extractions, implants, dentures, pediatric patients and more. He hopes to utilize these skills here in his Moyock office as well as his Elizabeth City dental practice.

Many problems from this place over the years. We should've found a new dentist when the practice got sold. We've have issues with scheduling appointments, rude staff, improper billing (billed my insurance twice for the same thing, sent me a bill for things that were covered by my insurance, never even called me back to apologize or tell me I didn'… t owe them). We've had them change appointments without asking us, then don't try to accommodate you after they changed your appointment. The quality of work they do is okay. It's definitely not worth the staff. First time here... Great customer service and was in and out for cleaning and evaluation of broken tooth... Very quickly provided options via email same day as visit!! Takes most insurance so cleaning was covered... Dentist had great chair side manners and explained everything thoroughly... Cleaning was uneventful in so much that the tech (if that’s what they are called these days) was awesome!!

We have been going to Currituck Dental for over 5yrs and were so sad to hear that Dr. Rimmer was leaving us just about the time our daughter needed some teeth pulled. Dr. Rimmer was always so wonderful with us. So needless to say we were nervous about bringing her today. However, my husband said it was a great experience. Friendly, informative staff and He also said Dr. Swan was amazing with our daughter.

My whole experience with Currituck Dental has been great. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
