This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences that I've had. I placed a business card order on the 15th of December and paid extra for a 1 day turnaround time. The cards were scheduled to arrive the 17th, however the cards hadn't registered as shipped. I reached out via email to customer service just to check status and I… was told they were "in production" and it was unclear as to when they would ship. I was told at that point that I would be given a 20% discount off the total order amount PER day of arrival delay. They arrived 5 days later, on the 22nd. I was excited

Was trying to order a decent number of postcards with mailing service. Got disconnected by two agents (Kristen and Angela) and another was extremely rude (Jomar). When I got disconnected I was inquiring about return mailing if a postcard was undeliverable and also using a different type of paper since the one I wanted was in short supply. I was willing to change up options to use this company but with lazy support, it won’t happen.

A reprint of a previous order, as well as the reprint of the incorrect order were wrong. Wrong like the round sticker it was supposed to be was square?? And a different color. There are plants of discount online printing companies, I’d steer clear of Printplace Unless you have time and money to burn.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE! Could not begin to describe how much of a nightmare experience I have had with printplace. Assured by multiple agents my order will be ready on time and even pay for more expedited printing to have my order not be available for my launch. All service reps are over seas and cannot actually contact the production people. System never works and doesn't even send notifications. A customer service rep told me "I am just a trainee" and then hung up on me. I wish I was joking. You get what you pay for, only you get it about 3 weeks later if at all! Not good service. Order # 8601849. They did not shipped order. They stated it was a system technical glitch. Then there was no sense of urgency to get our order. Customer service rep argued and would not expedite. Our credit card was overcharged ~$45 then did not receive any refund.

I had been using print place for most of my local orders. However, I recently placed 2 orders and neither were completed by the deadline I asked for. Nor was their any communication that my orders would not be completed, so that I could go to another place to get what I needed. I had to call and do an online chat before I received any information. I placed an order for same day printing and 48 hours it still said it wouldn't be ready.

I order 10,000 4x6 Flyers. Order Number 8654158 and paid for 3 day production time. On the third day I used their live chat and the customer service rep said they were in production and would be ready in the morning. The order was for pick up but you can't enter the location you call them. I called and was told the order wasn't ready. I asked why I paid for 3 day production and she told me it's early the order could be done by the end of the day. At about 2pm I live chatted and I was told they were being printed but he couldn't get ahold of the production manager. I don't believe the live chat

I will never order from here again. I ordered envelopes with our return address. Ordered window and non-window envelopes. Both prints were different. Print was huge on one and 3/4" from the top of envelope on the other. Plus the address was obviously not straight. Contacted customer service twice. Both times asked to email samples and didn't hear… from them again. I expect a printing place to have a standard set doe a return address and send professional looking product. Very disappointed with product and even more disappointed about how they treat their customers.

Do not do business here. I was told that an order would be ready on time and it wasn't until after I paid and the order was in production that I received a notification that it would not be done on time. I spoke with someone to ensure that my order was canceled and that I would receive a refund and they ended the online session before responding. So disappointed.
Update: I received a very friendly email from customer service indicating that I would receive a refund and that they tried to process my order. I am still sad that my order will not get printed but I have updated my star review because

I have used Print Place for many, many years for business. They were responsive, friendly and I felt they were a part of my team. As a small ad agency, I depend on my vendors to make me look good. They used to always shine. There was a buyout/merger a few years ago and since then, service, turnaround and communication have been horrible. My business has picked up (thankfully) since the pandemic, and dealing with them has been nothing but a nightmare. Orders are placed with deadlines in mind and are never met. Boxes get lost in shipping with no way of finding out where they are. Customer service

Don’t count on a response if you have quality issues. I was always satisfied with past orders but this last one was a nightmare. As soon as I received my order, I sent an email regarding the quality. The… customer service rep advised I would hear back in 48 hours—that was two weeks ago, and after I followed up a week after not hearing anything. Still nothing…

If you feel like a company telling you one thing, and doing something completely opposite, this is your place, our stickers were done early, they decided to use an economy shipping service to save themselves some money instead of using the 3 day service we had paid for, then blamed it on UPS....horrible customer service, cant resolve anything even if they tried, only about saving themselves money, dont care about the customer...Will never spend a dime with this company

If you’re looking for a company that lies about was said on calls when you’re ordering and tell you the call was recorded but also tells you that you can’t hear that call, call PrintPlace.
I’ve used PrintPlace ten times and at least five orders have been messed up.
They’re cheaper because the quality is worse. The extra money for shopping elsewhere is worth it.
UPDATE: You will see a reply saying that my order would be ready on time. It wasn't ready!
