The review by Monica Dziarmagowski is misleading. Payment is sometimes not issued because this so-called therapists provide poor therapy or don't show up to provide the therapy at all. Very sneaky they are.

Home Health agencies should not use this company if they wish not to get paid. Vital staffed Physical Therapists for DirectMed patients in February 2018. To this day DirectMed has not issued any payment for services rendered by the company I work for.

DirectMed Health Services is an excellent Home Health agency. They service patients throughout the Chicago land area providing the utmost care for their patients. Their nurses are top notch and really go the extra mile to provide excellent patient care. If you're looking for home health services for your patient or a loved one, check them out!
