Initially I left a negative review. It has been my experience that rarely, if ever, do people go above and beyond to correct a mistake. We worked with Joyce and Jamie at PWG. Joyce was our buyer's agent and Jamie was our negotiation ninja. These people are the ultimate professionals and we felt totally clued in and supported throughout the entire process. Contacted a realtor at this office to see a house via email, he proceeded to text me and was very abrupt with his responses even leaving out answers to questions I had.
Two weeks after hearing from him, he text me, without leaving a name or any information as to who he was asking if I was still interested in a particular house. Obviously, while house hunting I had seen numerous locations and spoken with numerous agents, so I had no idea what he was referring to. I let him know that I didn't know what house they meant to which the rude reply was 'If you aren't interested just say

We are relocating to Tyler in just 3 weeks due to a company relocation. We arrived in Tyler after 5pm on a Friday and called and emailed the Pamela Walters Group.
Saturday no one had returned our call to we went out to look at some different neighborhoods. We saw Pamela Walters Group listed on a couple of homes we wanted to see so called again Sat. morning. Still no reply so I looked up an agent and sent a text about the house we wanted to see and to get a reply back 2 hours later from agent asking us who is this????
