I brought my car in on Friday for a general checkup. Today, when I drove it, it started to overheat even though it has coolant in it. It has never overheated before. Now I have to bring it back to get fixed again and am without a car for work on Monday.
Edit: I'm changing my review to 4 stars because they were willing to work with me to fix the car promptly and wrote off the extra labor on a temperature sensor that broke. I appreciate the professionalism!

If you have the money to pay for unexpected repairs, this place is fine. I really like the customer service workers that this shop employs, everybody is very nice and thorough. However, I have to leave a 2 star review due to the fact that twice now i have brought them my car for service to be done and something completely out of the ordinary went wrong. The first time i understood, maybe it was just a huge coincidence. But after my most recent visit (alignment and transmission service) my car magically won't start. Keep in mind i have owned my car for two years and i have NEVER had an issue with

Maplewood Auto is the only place I will ever take my car!
Very professional and courteous. The guys there are super friendly and call me by name.
Prices are very fair. You don’t ever need to worry you are taken advantage of. Estimates are given before any work is done, and it usually ends up being cheaper than stated.
I’m not sure of everything they do there on cars, but whatever I have had done I have no complaints.
Absolutely love taking my car there because I know it is in good hands.

We have been getting our vehicles serviced at Maplewood Automotive for over 15 years and they have always done great work for us. The staff is very professional and personable. They take great care of their customers and the vehicles. If we ever had any disappointments with anything they took great care to make things right (That may have happened once in those 15 years).
