Please do not waste your money. I contacted Richard Poland through a friend , which i trusted. (big mistake)
I don't even know where to begin....
When you first meet him he is very nice, but after you pay , he could care less.
I hired him to represent me because I received a DUI.
#1 he cancelled my DMV hearing without consulting me first.
#2 he forgot to go to court and I had a warrant for my arrest over the weekend. when i called him he stated that he forgot and to be careful over the weekend . to call him if i needed anything.
#3 I basically had to beg him to request house arrest instead
