Jon Paul and Jennifer took all the stress out of selling our house. We were very happy with the process from start to finish. The Molfetta Team was extremely helpful conducting the sale of our house. Jon Paul conferred with us when deciding pre-listing details and made very useful suggestions and recommendations. The team coordinated with the Township with regard to inspections and procurement of the necessary permits and approvals (which meant that I did not have to deal with that part of the sale process). The house was sold in a relatively timely manner, and we are satisfied with the outcome.
