So, I've had an awful experience with Hamilton & Co. To start the buying experience was awful, both the selling agent and my buying agent work for Hamilton & Co and both of them ran their comps way wrong causing the house to go for no where near it's appraised value. Then, it stressed me and my wife to the point of almost backing out of the deal because the seller could no longer do something to help us out at closing that we needed. Best of all, my buying agent was very rude and apparently didn't understand the importance of time when it comes to peoples jobs. Also, when
