Services
Kelly Snodgrass has been practicing law since 2007. She has represented clients in complex divorces requiring unique and international property valuations, negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements, and developed workable solutions to difficult parenting time and decision making issues. In addition to family law, Ms. Snodgrass has practiced water law, business litigation, and criminal defense.
Her integrity and professionalism are impressive. Kelly went way above and beyond any expectations. Her compassion helped give me the courage to redesign my life and move forward in a positive way. Having worked with several different lawyers in the past on a prior divorce case, Kelly restored my faith that there really are exceptional attorneys.
Our practice is devoted exclusively to family law matters, enabling us to provide the highest level of skill and attention to our clients. Kelly Snodgrass and her staff are skilled not only in evaluating your case and helping you prepare, but in understanding what you are going through emotionally, financially, and logistically.
Making changes to your family situation can be a stressful and often overwhelming process. Whether you are going through a divorce, adopting a child, or figuring out custody arrangements, the priority remains the same: your family. When it comes to dealing with the legal system in regard to family law, it can seem daunting to make sure you are following all of the right steps.
Although the number of divorces filed in Colorado during 2020 were fewer than years prior, more than 22,500 couples still decided to end their marriage during a global pandemic. Divorce is an extremely emotional process that is often complicated and contentious. If you are considering divorce or have been served with divorce papers yourself, you might be feeling overwhelmed by the impending changes in your life.
