The dental service is second to none. Professional and pleasant involvement, customer service is always pleasant and informative. I love the fact that there are no surprises regarding services, cost, and the procedures to be performed, this is very much appreciated. I’ve never had a dentist so intuitive and informative, always letting you know exactly what they are doing. These are the reasons that I gave it a five star rating.

There is nothing like Good Customer Service.
This Institute has Excellent Customer service. I have never experienced such Care and Professionalism. The Dentist took time to listen and respond to the issues that I felt was a concern. I can't wait to get the right quadrant completed. The service here is a complete package. I would refer Doctor A to all. Thank you for such loving and tender care.

This is the best dentist / dental office I have ever been to. The doctor herself is very thorough, gentle & ethical. She explains everything and shows you exactly why she is choosing the treatment. Honestly from the time you enter to the time you leave you feel warm & welcomed. The Dental assistant is very nice & personable. The front desk staff - Karen, just to compliment her- does an amazing job as well. You can trust this dentist!

This was hands down the best experience I've had with a dentist. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable, offering massage chairs, your choice of music and aromatherapy. The staff is extremely kind. Dr. Mims not only explains everything verbally, but videos are also shown to make sure that you can see what will be done. Her tone and energy matches the atmosphere, relaxing...and most importantly, she wanted to know how to make me more comfortable. I highly recommend.

The Smile Institute has said, "Protecting your health has always been our number one priority." Well, the proof is in the pudding and the number one proofers are the staff; they are beyond awesome! I had my second visit on August 11 to handle a problem with my gums. I didn't know what to expect for treatment. Well, I was surprised again with the "SPA treatment." Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and escorted right to the treatment room, where I met Paul, the dental hygienist. He greeted me as well with a friendly masked smile; I could hear the smile in his voice. He gave me a headset

The service I received was beyond excellent, for a moment I thought I was at a SPA. The office staff were very friendly and efficient, the dental assistant (Bristol) was gentle and polite, she provided kind conversation and earphones to listen to SPA music as I waited for my service, the dental chair provided a soft massage.
Additionally, Dr. Mims was also awesome! She was patient, gentle, knowledgeable, informative, and took her time as she examined my teeth and mouth and made several recommendations for current and future care of my teeth and other health concerns. The Smile Institute of Family
