April received her bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 2006 (B.A, cum laude), and her law degree from Florida State University in 2013 (J.D., Magna Cum Laude) as well as a master's degree in urban planning (M.S.P.). April graduated in the top 10% of her class at Florida State University College of Law and was a member of Law Review and Mock Trial in addition to Christian Legal Society.
John has been helping clients for over four decades to resolve their complicated legal issues. John received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Law School in 1972. He went on to establish Tolson & Associates, P.A., in 1993, where he focuses on providing thorough and effective legal representation in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax law and real estate.

We had our closing on our house here. Disaster from the get go. Very unorganized and the staff don't really messages to each other. Would not recommend them to anyone. I wanted to let everyone know that after reading this the owner reached out to me and apologized for our experience and refunded our closing costs that were paid to his office. He did not have to do this, not sure any other office would have gone past an apology or even acknowledged our disapproval. I really appreciate this and it goes along way to his character. If we ever buy another house, I would consider using his office again
