Our RV overheated on our road trip, fortunately in Mansfield. That’s where Mid-Ohio is. Brian took it in first thing so we could get back on the road.
After replacing the water pump, he found the radiator in bad shape and replaced that for a very reasonable price.

Wife, 3 kids, and full van overheated and needed thermostat during roadtrip. Brian, at MOA, got us in and said, "I've got a full schedule but my customers understand if I have an emergency." He got the van in, stat changed and tested. Super friendly, great price and the next day he called and asked how they and the van were doing.

Brian didn't do a thing for me, except tell me that he couldn't help- and that was helpful, beyond imagination. He did not assume I knew nothing about cars because of my gender, and he didn't take advantage when many mechanics would have. In other words, he is trustworthy and kind.
Because of my experience with him and his company, I sent a friend in for a repair. Again, his car didn't need the expensive repair that he thought it did. Brian fixed what was actually a small problem promptly and honestly. I will be loyal for life.

Brian and his staff are great mechanics and Brian will go out of his to make sure the job is done right. I needed transmission work done on my truck and he offered 2 options, and one of those options was to take it to another shop. Rarely have I heard of a business owner turning down business to help save a customer money! I take all of my vehicles to mid Ohio and good business ethics, like Brian's, are the reason I'll keep going back to him! Honesty and integrity go a long way for me and that's why I recommend him to family and friends!

Brian has honest pricing and runs his shop with integrity. Prior will offer his customers with free vehicle diagnostics. He will tell you what needs to be fixed immediately and what things you need to do next. If he can't fix it (super rare) he will help you find a decent shop that can help. He's my mechanic for life.

Best mechanics in the area! Brian goes out of his way to deliver excellent service. This is not just another car repair shop, this is the real deal and then some. I have been to dealerships and local repair shops--always disappointed with needless recommendations and repairs. Well, not with mid Ohio auto!!! I Love this place and I will NEVER go anywhere else!
