Services
The Guardian ignition interlock unit is placed on the ignition of the vehicle and analyzes the breath of the driver. For the vehicle to start, the driver must breathe into a small tube attached to the unit. A blood alcohol concentration limit is preset on the device. If the sensors on the device determine that the driver is under this preset limit, they can start the vehicle.
I needed some work done on my F-250 and Integrity Auto Repair was wonderful to work with, very affordable, and had the work done the same day. I had my transmission done in November of 2018. They told me the 1st and 2nd gear will stick and give it 2 weeks to adjust. When it didn't, the owner was quick to work with me and redid the transmission and honored the 90 day guarantee. My car works far better and the price was incredible! They treat you like family and l would recommend them to anyone whoever needs transmission work done. Thanks, Integrity auto.

I found this auto repair shop online. Let me just say...we've found our mechanic! My daughter and I broke down in Mt. Vernon and needed a tow and a mechanic. We're new to the area so we were scrambling.
Our experience with Integrity Auto Repair? Wonderful! They were kind. With a smile, he listened to our "kerplunk" and metal on metal crunching explanation of our vehicles problem. The owners daughter who ran the office was polite, ever helping and courteous. Not to mention, they have the most adorable little dog in the office.
To sum this up, we had our vehicle back in record time (18 hours),

Quality auto repair at a price that beats all other competitors. Easy drop off, easy pick up, down to earth honest people. Neither my fiance or I have been recommended a service that wasn't needed-- something that plagues most of the other places we have been. Jim is the owner and generally the guy you talk to. He's calm, informative, patient and you never leave feeling cheated or belittled regardless of your gender or expertise. (Another issue that plagues other garages.)

I made an appointment at Integrity Auto to get tires mounted and balanced on my Mitsubishi Eclipse because they have the cheapest price in town. Great! I dropped the car off in the morning, and picked it up that afternoon. I discovered the rims were damaged during the process. Not cool! I went back to show the owner of Integrity the gouges and scratches. He assured me several times that the machine he uses does not contact the rim to mount and dismount tires. However

I have an older car and whenever it needs repaired, I go to Integrity. I have always been impressed with their service. Jim is the most efficient and honest mechanic I have ever met. His repairs are reasonably-priced (usually cheaper than other mechanics I've used), he works quickly, and he will tell you whether a repair is worth the cost or not, even if it means he won't be paid for the repair work. I recommend him to anyone I know who lives in or near Mount Vernon, as a trustworthy and reputable mechanic is hard to find!

I have taken my mother's car to Integrity several times and they have always quickly found the problem and made necessary repairs for an extremely reasonable price. Integrity was recommended to us by a friend who is retired from the car sales business; he described Jim as a very good, solid mechanic who is honest and dependable. I would definitely recommend Integrity and plan to use them for all of our car service needs.
