Very unfriendly and rude residents here. my elderly mother lives here and she gets lonely so me my wife and daughter visit daily and sometimes will spend the nite . Well the other residents will make false complaints about excessive noise and that we are living there , which we are not . They will also take all the visitor parking and leave their regular spots open . If anyone parks there they have the car park at owners expense.

Really a community where you would like to be, Impressed with the overall property it's quiet and peaceful environment close to shopping and parks it's property community manager Heather I found her to be pleasant super helpful very professional, very informative regarding eligibility and the application process. If you are a senior looking for a senior community I strongly suggest your inquiry/interest be by email, you will obtain a response.

My parents just moved in this past weekend and they love it! The grounds are very well kept and it's very quiet and peaceful. Heather was super helpful with the move in process.
Tip for anyone looking to move here: There is no waiting list so the best way to stay up to date is to email the property manager or stop by the office. Check in with her via email to check availability. You have to be diligent and patient.

Wow... Heather in FRONT office is fantastic, she is right on with my paper work, personally, and so helpful with all my question's, Hats off to the ground takers and there staff, you can see everyone is doing there job with there heart... i can't wate to make this place my home... i gave a BIG 5 STAIR TO EVERYONE !

I have been trying to contact this place for several months and still I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return an email. I had my father in-law stop by and they told him that it was full and to just keep checking back. No wait list??? The problem is we keep trying to check back but can never get ahold of anyone. Not a great way to run a business!

As of right now I give the place a 2 star. i haven't seen it but just on the website, live chat feature, I'm confused. the website speaks of a senior rental community; but the live chat agents state otherwise. the voicemail states senior living but the live agents say it's an error. I'm not a senior and I would love to rent an apartment out. just hard when nothing matches up. especially since searching them online says 52 and up. so I find out tomorrow what the deal is as I'm going to stop by and figure it out myself since no phone calls or emails have been returned. fingers
