Very friendly host, quick seating. Everyone else didn’t seem interested in being there to serve. Barely amiable. The cinnamon roll was great. The steak was not what it was supposed to be and not even close to medium rare—definitely well*; asparagus was over cooked; oddly placed slap of horseradish sauce. The other food was definitely good. I’d say Harris Teeter beats them on the Prime Rib. The atmosphere? Awesome. The precautions for Covid? Solid. Maybe I just caught them at a rushed time. Felt a tad let down after hype on social media. And having been a server I feel for Sunday workers.

What a great concept for farm fresh ingredients so make wonderfully tasty dishes. We did get off to a slow start with a day old cinnamon roll (likely that day's rolls had not finished in over) so that was disappointing. Our server took that off and apologized. The main course was fantastic. The pumpkin-spiced French toast was flavorful, but could have used a pumpkin-spiced whipped cream to complete the taste profile and presentation. My classic breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The bacon was sliced perfectly and almost melted in mouth, and the hash brown casserole

Pretty good, not great.
The complimentary water came out warm. A peeve of mine, because experts will tell you thats a bacteria hazard.
Ordered the lemon basil bread, which smelled great, of basil etc. But had no taste. Was very fresh, warm and the whipped butter was great. But lacked basil and lemon flavor.
Apple salad was good but drenched in dressing.
The pork tend (pic below) was fantastic and the sides well done.
The ambiance isnt great. Has a warm farmhouse feel on the outside, but the interior is too bright and seems too simple and bland. Just wood tables and chairs. Felt like sitting

Good but expected better, thought the food would be more fresh. Although the peach salad was fantastic!! But the rest of our meal was only ok. Didn't seem freshly prepared. The service is a little slow. The margaritas with the fresh squeezed orange juice are great, but too small. Interesting concept though, worth a visit.

Had heard about the Sunday brunch, so we went yesterday for the wife's birthday. Great decision. We got there at 10:30 am and sat at the bar because they were booked solid. Great view of their mimosa prep; a 2" chunk of frozen orange juice in a big wine glass then covered with champagne. Great presentation!
We had a giant cinnamon roll starter. She had a blackberry pain perdue and I the steak frites with a fried egg on top; both excellent. The brunch menu looked great overall, with reasonable prices. The restaurant also has a bakery and butcher counter that looked awesome. A really

A Local Gem! I would have given this restaurant 5 stars except it is noisy when the place fills up. Other than that - everything was excellent! All their food is farm to table and as local as possible. The upscale menu is changed daily to reflect what is fresh that day. The menu is "fit for foodies." There is one item that needs special mention - their mozzarella cheese is the best that I have had outside of Italy where is made fresh daily on premises. The prices were reasonable given what was offered - Most entrees ranged in price from $20 to $30. Appetizers and Salads were between $6 and $16

It’s always a pleasure eating at Fork & Plough. I love how the menu changes daily. The burger is always on the menu expected for Sunday brunch. So, if you don’t want to venture out and explore the great menu. The burger is a must try! I never had a problem with the staff, witch is great. They’re all very nice. I would recommend this place!

This was our first experience at Fork and Plough. Made reservations for 7:30pm on Open Table and stated it was our Anniversary. I realize they had a private ticketed event at the same time as regular guests last night. It was their 3rd year Anniversary party. I had heard great things about this place and thought we'd give it a try. We were seated right away. The atmosphere is casual modern/chic restaurant with a deli/butcher shop and a separate bar area, very well appointed and comfortable. Tables were all 6 ft. Apart. The menu changes daily, and it's very different, which was awesome

Such a cute place with an exciting menu and delicious craft drinks. We sat at the bar, where the entire staff was quite friendly. I got the roasted vegetable plate and there was so much food I couldn't finish it. He got the trout sandwich with fries. We both were very pleased. Beautiful selection of meats and bakery goods too!

Unfortunately underwhelming. After following these guys on Instagram for a while and eyeing all their gorgeous plates, I couldn't wait to get a reservation for brunch during our trip to Greenville. The cinnamon rolls were pretty good, 2 small rolls for $8. The ham biscuit was small, very dry and not much flavor going on. The hash was bland as well. I had to add hot sauce, salt and pepper. For $15, I wish the hash would have included some type of meat protein like bacon or chorizo. The potatoes were definitely the "star" of the dish. The food we ordered was fine but I guess

Suuuuch a good meal! Little late on my post, but I am still dreaming about how good of a time we had at Fork and Plough. I want to give very special thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcomed. They were so sweet and took amazing care of us!
The space is setup for restaurant, butchery for fresh meats, and a small grocery options. They have plenty of beer, wine, fine meats, and other local goods to take home with you. I love the butchery setup because you can pick your cuts and they also have to-go meals if you don't have time to dine in.
Make time to dine-in. I don't have to

Dude... this place is so freaking good. We had about an hour wait to get in for Sunday brunch but man, it was so worth it. Everytime I've come to this place, I've left very satisfied and happy with my experience. They also have a small little "market" in the back with meats and products they use. It's definitely a farm to table concept, which I always appreciate. The menu rotates daily so they're always changing it up. It's nice to try new things but also if you really like something, it might be hard to get again! Tables were spaced and everyone taking precaution

Just stop for the crispy Brussels sprouts and thank me later. The smoked chicken quesadilla was also good. Our server, Amanda, was very helpful with picking food and beer. I asked about local beers and she knew a bunch of them and where they were located. The beers were just what we wanted. The inside was very clean and everyone had a mask on. Wish we could have stayed for dinner!
