So that m child has been out of therapy for almost one year. We call Resona to check on our case, many, many times.
Therapist gave copy of therapy plan. Resona only has to get a signiture from the Docor. Send the Plan to the Insurance. Then the Child can have therapy.
The case worker Adriana Suarez said to us our Doctor not signed the therapy plan.
So we call the doctor's office. The office say they have signed and sent it back! But they do it again. Tell Reosna send it again. So we had to call this Adriana many, many times to get her to send 1 fax to the doctor. We saw doctor's office send
