My experience with y’all was amazing 😻 I went in with anxiety 😥 but with Cheryl made me very comfortable she talked and laugh 😂 with me and before I knew it doctor had my tooth out with no pain! I cannot thank y’all enough you guys truly have made my day NOW I CAN EAT WITH NO HESITATION!

I went in with pain and afraid, like a lot of people. The tooth under my bridge got infected and I needed a root canal.
Dr Flower did everything without taking my bridge off, I was amazed that something like that is possible! The staff is very nice, the place is very clean and the dentist is amazing! I highly recommend Flower Dental!

I am not one who likes going to the dentist. I have had bad teeth since I was 7 years old so over my lifetime I have been to many dentists. Dr. Flowers and his staff have made me so comfortable and he is so gentle I wish I knew of him years ago. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist or just ashamed. They really do go out of their way to make you comfortable and they take pride in their work to give you the smile you want.

It’s just one of those places where you walk in and everyone remembers you and they’re all so welcoming. I used to h a t e going to the dentist (so I’d avoid it as much as I could) but I just feel comfortable here, there’s never any judgement, they just genuinely want to help and I always appreciate it.

Would highly suggest not to go here! First off it was extremely overpriced. Second, they were supposed to fix a small chip in my tooth and didn't fill it all the way originally, so there was still a gap and a groove, so I called, they took me back, and while I was back they made me feel like I was annoying them for wanting it fixed. They tried to smooth it out but the problem was that it was done poorly the first time and they should have redone it. Instead they proceeded to tell me that I'm just gonna have to live with it and not touch it. The older doc that was doing got short with

Sebastian and the rest of the staff were very helpful in answering all my questions about my appointment and scheduling was easy. The assistant Claudia is one of the sweetest I have ever met made me feel very comfortable as for Dr.Flower , Best dentist ever! Super gentle and very detailed about what’s going to happen and what’s going on thru the process. I definitely feel they deserve a five star rating.

Well, I actually look forward to going to Flower Dental! The entire office is so cheerful and I have complete confidence in their care. I must say yesterday, I had my second cleaning with the very best hygenist, Nicole. She has just the very best personality and makes the procedure totally enjoyable. She is gentle and very proficient in her work. I have to say, I hope she never leaves the practice....while I like Dr Flowers, if she left and went anywhere else locally, I would follow her she is just that good! I am anxious for my best friend to go to her . She said she knows she will love her too

I use to praise this place so much but ever since they hired the new reception, I've been incredibly disappointed with my last few visits. First, it started off with a root canal that took place in May. I was told by the receptionist she would call me as soon as their machine was fixed to get the permanent crown in. Well, a month went by and never received a call. I popped three ibuprofen and plowed thru my day with the ever present growing pain. Needless to say Dr. Flowers office was quick and expedient in squeezing me in immediately like within ten minutes. I have been going to Flower Dental for over 2 years! I love the staff and the Dr. He is honest and trustworthy.
The wait time is non existent. They are ready as soon as I get inside. They have text message system to remind you of your appointments. You can confirm your appoint with a simple C instead of the traditional calling someone back. They have good hours.
They work with you on billing. Just be a good patient and they are willing to work with you. I don't have any negative feedback. Plus you get a flower and goodies every time you leave. Most people don't get a good quality

Let me start by explaining my fear of the dentist. My family didn't have dental when I was a child and this is by far the most intimidating type of doctor I go to and I've never returned to the same dentist twice. This place makes you feel very comfortable. They work with your schedule and they don't make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them. They are also great at showing you resources if you don't have dental insurance. I've never left a dentist in a good mood but at this place I felt just that. Been here a couple times, the Doctor did some x-ray and then proceeded to try to pressure me to try new products dealing with his sleep program. Apparently, for being in the field for so long, he had no one he would/could recommend me to.
The staff is great but it seems as if it is a revolving door, there's always someone new and someone gone every time I go in. Not sure what is going on in the front office to keep reliable staff on board, but if this is their business model, I'll end up moving to another office so I can see the same face every time I come in.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helped me feel better about the experience. Dr. Flowers, however, was very rude. After giving me 12 shots in the mouth (while I have a fear of needles, no less) he basically told me to "get over it" and was not considerate at all. Also, I have extreme sensitivity on my right back tooth after he filled a cavity. I can't eat anything hot or cold without experiencing pain. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Flowers has been my dentist now for over two years....I always HATED going to the dentist until I found Flower Dental. He has the friendliest staff I have ever seen! They always ask about my son, who also sees Dr. Flowers. I have had several crowns custom fitted him. Flowers, and he also will do a temporary to match your tooth color!
He took the time to make sure the crown matched all my other teeth, even took a pic.....my other dentist just left me with mix-matched teeth.

So I bit down on a Skittle last week and my orthodic fractured. It is only supposed to have a year of use, but I'm cheap and managed to squeeze out over three. The crack in my mouth piece was overdue. I guess karma worked its magic here in response to me nomming on candy I'm NOT supposed to have!
