So for my first time to gray's auto service on Florissant to have my car for an wheel alignment. customer service was good , I didn't just get an alignment from gray's auto the tell me about other stuff that would need to change, and they give me good advise on handling it . they let you feel comfortable with handling your vehicle, I would highly recommend gray's auto care to anyone looking for trusted service repair to done on their vehicle. a lot of RESPRCT..!! to Mr. NATE & Mr. BRIAN.

These guys are great! As a walk-in with an issue that needed immediate attention they did a fantastic job of taking care of things. They were professional and explained all my repair options. They made time to inspect my car and really took care of me while I was there. Mike was spectacular and so was everyone there. They told me everything I needed to know about my car with no pressure of buying anything from them. Honestly, the best car service I’ve ever had. Everything was affordable and completed in a timely manner. I’ve recommended them to friends and colleagues and highly recommend them to anyone reading my review.

Was very very pleased with the work Gary's garage did. Nathan was extremely helpful in not only letting me know, step-by-step, what needed to be done for the car repair but also helping me decide which repairs to do now and which to safely do later. I would definitely recommend Gary's auto service to anyone looking for top notch quality service.

We pulled into Gary’s when our car was overheating. I had no idea what to expect. It was an emergency when we got there. Everyone we worked with was professional and experienced. They communicated well throughout the whole experience. We had to replace the transmission and engine. Gary’s helped us find a solution and make sure we received quality parts at a good value. They took the time necessary to speak with me through multiple phone calls. They made sure the repairs were done correctly and that our car would run without any further issues. I’m thankful we chose to pull into their shop

We brought our van in due to overheating. Brian was easy to work with and told me exactly how they would handle getting the car situated. He called exactly when he said he would and provided an in depth diagnosis. He even explained and showed how the pricing was determined. The amount of the repairs was fair and they even provided financing options. That was a great perk considering it was also time for a mortgage payment. Flexible, fast, transparent, and courtesy are the words I would use to describe Gary's. To top it all off they're guest rewards card has some pretty awesome perks

Not really sure what to think. GARY'S has had my vehicle since prior to Thanksgiving 2018. It has been parked in the very same spot every day since. To date I still have NO idea of what's going on.
This is a lot time for a diagnosis/ inspection.
Hope to hear from someone soon.

When the mechanic that I've used for the past 25 years retired and closed his shop I didn't know what I was going to do. I was referred to Gary's Auto Service and my experience has been great. I called the shop to make my appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. Because they have a shuttle service it was easy to get my car in and still get to work (and they could have picked me back up too). They took care of me and even provided me with pictures of the components that they recommended that I address. They have all of the benefits of a large chain (and even more) but
