The visit at the Craig location was my first doctor appointment in years. I have not had a regular doctor since moving here 25 years ago because I never found one I would go to more than once. This office has changed that! I have already recommended good friends that were looking for a primary care doctor to them too. I saw Dr. Francis, and was so comfortable with him immediately due to his friendly demeanor and genuineness. I found Intermountain when I needed to find a new primary. My previous primary doctor was the worst experience I have ever had so I needed a new doctor.
From the front office staff to the back office staff, I was treated with respect and like I mattered. They were absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Smith took her time with me and really got to know me and what I needed. Even though this was my first visit, I want them to know how much I appreciate their professionalism, and how caring they were with me so thank you.
I look forward to entrusting my health-care to Intermountain for all my future needs

A well organized, and professional atmosphere. From entry to departure, every step was smooth, and timely. Dr Smith was a pleasure to meet, very knowledgeable, and reasonably on time. Such a departure from my previous experiences with a PCP in the Las Vegas area.
I am so glad I decided to make a switch with my PCP. My wife was also very thankful, as it is much closer so I'll be driving less, and she also liked Dr Smith's mannerisms.

I post this on behalf of my wife who had a recent appointment at this facility. The purpose was to review recent labs tests and radiology reports, and to discuss current issues.
The facility is well maintained, clean, pandemic pro-active, and efficient. All staff members are polite and helpful. I appreciate being included in all phases of the interview and examination especially since my wife sometimes needs help understanding what is being said or explaining herself. Not all providers allow the spouse to enter with the patient. She has come out of providers' offices shrugging her shoulders telling

It's been many years since I have felt this comfortable at a Doctors office. Starting right from scheduling an appointment through the entire process. The ladies up front were cheerful and friendly. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing nurse ever!! Ava! She has the best sense of humor and had me laughing so hard I almost forgot why I was there. Dr Smith was also amazing. Kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming here even though my insurance won't pay for this clinic after end of month. Worth every dollar I will spend there.

I established with Dr. Francis and he was wonderful! He took the time to get to know me and what was going on with me.
The MA (can’t remember her name, started with a D) anyway, she was great. Very personable and made me feel like we’ve know each other for years.

Dang!! Almost 30 years in the nursing profession and out of the blue My back suddenly and acutely went on me!! Like most injuries i thought i could just walk it off and treat it myself conservatively. WRONG!
So I ended up at Healthcare Partners rather begrudgingly, anticipating a rigamoral and a long wait, when i was already in pain. But to my surprise, the check in was fast and before I knew it I was assessed and treatment prescribed, a course of prednisone and rest and ice packs, and on the initial visit and also the follow up, the doctors really listened to me and my symptoms. Im so pleased

This location is a fraud and needs a complete faculty change because no one has any respect when talking to you in this office. Dr. Stacey Shelton should not have a medical license, last time i went to ""urgent"" care, after waiting 2 and a half hours, Stacey thought that i was faking my sickness and refused to give me any medication that works. She told me that the medication will take 3-4 weeks to take effect for a COMMON COLD. I usually get sick once a year, and every time I come see Stacey i can tell she's so unhappy to be in the office just by the face she gives off

I had an urgent matter that needed care and PCP Aaron Burley was right on top of what needed to be done . I got the appropriate referrals within two weeks and proper medication . Am now on the mends . Thank you, Health Care Partners! I also love how conveniently close you are to home. Your Urgent Care maybe a wait at times but I've had great experiences the few times I've been in as well.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst medical group I've dealt with in over 60 years. In just under 2 years, I've seen 4 doctors and a PA and my wife has been to 5 doctors and a PA. This is not by choice! First, they changed our clinic to a Seniors only clinic, causing us to lose a good doctor. We had to change to the West Charleston clinic and the problems got worse. Our PA was transferred after our first visit and the 3 doctors we've subsequently seen have all left the company! They simply send you a message that your appointment has been cancelled without

Abysmal, as best. Received a phone call from my pharmacy that prescription that was ready for me. I was not made aware by the doctor or assistant that I needed any prescription. It took me 2 days to get in touch with the doctor, who I may add was great, but navigating bureaucratic red tape to simply speak to the doctor to understand why I needed prescription was enough to make me find another practice. It took 4 phone calls starting at 8am that I left messages for the doctor, then 2 hours on hold to finally get in touch with the doctor because the silly folks that answer the phone refused to let

Based on multiple visits and doctors, I declare them the WORST group of doctors and office staff in Las Vegas! Lost our medical records! Gave my son a breathing treatment and nearly caused him to have a heart attack! Did not have his heart meds in office so had to transport him to Southern Hills Hospital via ambulance! Then got a $5,000+ bill for ambulance ride for a medical emergency they caused!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE even though it literally says on their wall in a huge quote "customer service - give the customer more than they expect". One of the receptionists called me the night before my appt to confirm I was coming. I said yes, and made it extremely clear I had to work at 3 and asked if the doctor would be able to get me in before then. The receptionist confirmed and told me it would be no issue to get me in before 3.

Wish I could review the actual physician(s) but due to a mismanaged front office at both the Rainbow and Charleston locations - 5 months and 2 last minute cancellations by the office - I have yet to see a physician.
This isn't a hair salon this is a medical facility. Getting the run around can have very unfortunate repercussions.

By far the worst provider in Las Vegas. My last appt was in December and my next appt is in May. Long story short my prescription ran out and they are saying they cannot refill it without me coming in. The problem is the soonest appt is in May. Now I am left without a prescription and they said that it is my problem. It is my problem and the solution is to find a doctor that is actually willing to do there job.
Avoid this place at all costs as the good Dr's have all left.

We arrived at 8am, signed in and at 8:25, we left. For 25 minutes we sat there. No one welcomed us, no one checked us in, nothing. The reception person was not friendly and was super slow. I would say that they are understaffed, but while waiting, I could hear all the people in the back hanging out and laughing. Why couldn't any of those people help the receptionist? We went to another urgent care nearby and got right in. We won't be back the Health Care Partners. This is not the first time I have had issues with them, but it is the last.

Was patient for multiple years, service was ok and Dr. was above average, something changed, to this patient they went from a medical provider to a business, communication is non-existence, concern for ongoing medical issue is non-existent.
It seems that they want to push you more to urgent care then primary as they can charge insurance more for that service.....

Only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly. After waiting 2 hours in the waiting room, I waited another 1 1/2 hours in the exam room to be seen by the doctor. I went to the urgent care due to abdominal pain only to find out I needed to go to the ER because they had no ultrasound to fully examine me. I saw the doctor maybe 5 minutes, too. I was in horrible pain and ended up going to the ER where I waited less than an hour to be seen by a doctor.
I wish I checked Yelp reviews before going here.

I really like the newly renovated doctors office. Staff was great, caring and held eye contact with me. Sneaky clean doctors office, plenty of comfortable seating. It was 15 minutes after my appointment I was called by name (improvement from my last doctor's office 40 minute wait).
I'm very happy I switched doctors. It's less than 10 minutes from our home.

After much research of trying to find a doctor that had good reviews/experiences I found this place that was decent and I was already a patient in there system as I went to there pediatrician office over on Durango and Russell when I was younger.
