In the 17 years prior to the forming of Arnold/Sanders, Richard Arnold provided engineering services in the local area. Mark De Stefano acquired Arnold/Sanders in February of 2017. In practice since 1965, Mr. Arnold is widely recognized for his knowledge of specialty construction and materials engineering.

Arnold/Sanders has a Drafting and Design Department consisting of professional CAD Designers with over 30 years of experience in construction document preparation, construction detailing, material specification and architectural design to the engineering process.
With powerful AutoCAD 2009 Architecture workstations and in house printing capabilities our CAD Operators can communicate the Client's desires to the Construction Professional with clear and concise documentation, to create the reality from the vision.Drafting only and 3D modeling services are also available for design professionals who need a superior presentation, but do not have their own production department.

Arnold/Sanders Consulting Engineers provides assistance with design and configuration of aluminum and steel generator and machinery enclosures for Enclosure Manufacturers. We also provide design wind and seismic calculations and certification documentation for approval on installation by local authorities.
Arnold/Sanders can provide inspections and condition reports on structures. Also we can provide plans and specifications for construction, solicit bids from pre-qualified contractors, assist owners and managers with contractor selection, and conduct pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
