I'm so happy our friend introduced us to the amazing staff here. Not only are they genuinely caring, they are honest, upfront, and exceptionally knowledgeable. We've been taking our dog here since 2017. We trust them to take care of his annual checkups, teeth removal (he's had to have 2 due to chipped teeth), and vaccinations.
Today we went for our annual and were in and out in 35 minutes. We didn't have to wait. All the staff was helpful and friendly. It was a very clean facility. I would recommend.

I've taken my cat here several times in the past few months, for a checkup and to deal with a couple problems. Every time, everyone was friendly, professional, and great with my cat. I've always been able to get an appointment within a day of when I called, and I've never waited long in the office to see anyone. Everything's always clearly explained, in terms of the illness, potential treatments, and costs, which are always fair. Vet trips aren't exactly fun, but everyone here helps make it the best experience I could hope for, and I won't hesitate to keep going back!

I can't sing the praises of Village Gate Animal Hospital enough. We just moved to Grandview and brought our new kitten (and we have two other "big cats," two Ragdolls ages 9 and 10 who will also be visiting for their yearly when it comes time) here after a Google search for a vet close to our house. Everyone here is unbelievably kind—special shout-out to the face of the biz, Ms. Misty; she is so amazing. You can just really tell that they care about animals ... and their owners! My husband and I started bringing our dog here 4 years ago after rescuing her from an animal hoarder. She has seen all of the doctors and we have had excellent service each and every time. Even during her emergency visits, they take their time with her and make sure that her treatments are tailored specifically to her. We so appreciate Village Gate Animal Hospital and will continue to bring Ivy back!

I love the people who work here! They helped us treat our new puppy who got parvo and even worked with me to get emergency appointments when needed. They also called for a check in after we took her in the first time. You can tell that everyone here absolutely loves animals and they do their best to take care of them while giving different options for care. You all rock!

I boarded my cat Parker while on a week vacation. Pet Palace called me when my cat was experiencing some difficulty. Village Gate saw Parker within an hour's notice and diagnosed him immediately and administered meds with an excellent prognosis. he was able to return to Pet Palace and I was able to vacation with piece of mind thanks to Village Gate Animal Hospital! thank you so much!
