We had gotten into a minor accident and no injurys and they too 2 months just to get our deductible back without a car or transportation left us hanging on the phone and left the office at 4:30 on a call very unprofessional one thing after another with this specific company i will not be using this company again because of poor service and dealing with there customers clames

This company is bogus! I have a real insurance policy through MetLife. Some guy is insured thru these ppl blew acted light and totaled my old car. The driver admitted his fault in police report and to my adjuster. They are completely unresponsive in my company’s attempts to contact them to get me fully reimbursed. My insurance got me in a new car but they have yet to get anything from them including my deductible money!
