Our finance partners offer an array of products from construction-to-permanent, end loan, VA pre-construction loan, conventional loan to builder financing. We have land options available for new energy efficient custom homes affordable homes throughout Palmetto Beach Historic District, Palm River, Brandon/Seffner, Temple Terrace, Temple Crest, and Southeast Seminole heights.
A Construction-to-Permanent loan allows you to build and permanently finance your home with a single loan. Because it combines both types of financing into a single loan - one loan, one closing, and one set of fees this is a better deal for the borrower. A lot loan from a lender will allow you to purchase a residential lot for future construction of your new custom home.

This is the only company I’ve ever trusted with the purchase of my first investment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. Orlando is a booming market so it’s so difficult to find good deals and our consultation helped a lot. Jay is extremely knowledgeable in different aspects of the acquisition and deal sourcing process… even taught me a couple tricks about creative financing. Now I can take the driver’s seat.

Investing can be really complicated. I had to write this because as young entrepreneur I didn’t have much experience and knew it would be risky. These guys made it so simple! They have an equity partnership program and 8 months later I saw my returns which were amazing. I don’t think I could have done better anywhere else. Happy I went with this company.
